My pet sitter fell through last minute during the Christmas holiday so I downloaded the Rover app and hoped for the best. Found Rossana’s profile and saw the good reviews so I reached out hoping for the best. Not only did she respond right away but she was also available to take care of my 2 cats with 1 days notice during the Christmas holiday. The whole experience was very easy and she made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She is punctual, responsive, and very attentive. My cats usually seem tense when I get back from a trip but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they seemed more relaxed than ever when I got home. Can’t recommend Rossana enough and will definitely use her in the future.
