Chalise took amazing care of my two cats over the weekend. Made sure everything was all set and they were happy. Very great experience for my first time using rover. Mack and Lionel look forward to the next visit!

Mitchell did an amazing job taking care of my cats. He is extremely responsible, reliable, and genuinely caring. He followed all feeding instructions carefully, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure my cats were comfortable and well taken care of. He also provided timely updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. My cats can be shy, but they warmed up to him quickly, which really shows his patience and love for animals！

She was very conscientious and attentive - she came for a “Meet & Greet” visit well before our scheduled trip, and was communicative and quick to respond with anything that came up. We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us.
