We couldn’t be happier with the care Lourdes & Braden gave our dog, Luna! They made sure she received her daily medicine and ointments without any issues, took her on regular walks, and kept her company throughout the day. When we picked her up, she was calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. It’s such a relief knowing Luna is in such caring and capable hands 💕 highly recommend!

Fiona and Yuan took such amazing care of our dogs, Kobe and Stormi, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, they made us feel completely at ease—especially since this was Stormi’s first time being away from home for nearly two weeks. They provided plentiful updates throughout the entire stay, consistently sharing pictures and videos that reassured us our pups were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. It really meant a lot to be able to see how well Kobe and Stormi were doing day by day. Their attentiveness, care, and genuine love for animals truly showed. We came home to two very happy dogs, and it was clear they were well looked after the whole time. We would absolutely trust Fiona and Yuan again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring dog sitters!

Great experience with Heidi taking care of our dog Mylo. She helped us at a moments notice and was very accommodating with the pick up and drop timings. Mylo went to the dog park and enjoyed at home with her. She communicated with photos and regular status updates. Overall Mylo had a great time and we would recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a caregiver for their dog. Thank you, Heidi!

Yu-Shu did a great job caring for my dog for boarding while we are traveling. My dog felts very safe, comfortable, and happy to stay with her. The boarding environment and setting is clean and inviting. Yu-Shu observed special needs for my dog carefully and thoroughly. She is very responsive and professional. Keelin was amazing with our dog! I was nervous leaving him with a pet-sitter because he is very wary of strangers and isn't quick to trust new people. But Keelin was so patient and kind that she won him over before the first night. We got plenty of pictures with him smiling and playing fetch and generally being loved. Keelin really cares for the dogs she pet-sits and I would definitely rebook in the future!

This was Wonder’s second stay with Ping, and everything went really well! Ping sends photos and updates regularly, and is always extremely responsive to messages. Wonder came home happy after her stay.

Sylvie loved her overnight stay with Eileen and family! She’s always so excited to get dropped off and tries to pull back towards them when we pick up. Thanks again for another great stay ❤️

I cannot recommend Kimberly enough! I was worried about leaving Muffin during Thanksgiving, especially since she is such a picky eater. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure she ate well. She even cooked a special delicious meal for her! It was such a relief to know he was in caring hands and enjoying her own little Thanksgiving feast. Thank you, Kimberly, for treating Muffin like family. We will definitely be booking with you again!

An and her family took good care of Lego! She sent me photos and videos everyday and Lego was super happy. When Lego had poop issues An even offered rice and pumpkin recipe to help him recover. Really appreciate the special care. An is a great sitter, I’ll definitely book again!

We’re so grateful for the wonderful care our dog Coco received! They were so flexible and accommodating, making him feel right at home. A special shout-out to their two sweet daughters who entertained him and even wrote an adorable letter—such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend.

Rachel & Jason do a fantastic job of caring for your pet. They send updates via email, text or Rover and keep you in the loop and feeling connected even while you’re away. They exercise your pet frequently and follow care instructions to a T. Very reasonably priced for a high level of care. Highly recommended.
