Third time having Ginny take care of Lisa and our home! Though Lisa is not keen on making new friends, Ginny has done a great job of engaging with her and capturing darling pictures. Ginny responds quickly to sitting requests. Mail and packages are picked up and Lisa is a bit less annoyed upon our return! Looking forward to booking future housesits with Ginny!

Mars is a wonderful and reliable sitter. She is prompt in any communication and sharing pictures after each visit. Our cats get along with her very well. We have already hired her three times and are happy with everything each time.

I really wanted someone good with cats. My boy is extremely shy and timid. He has not done well in the past being dropped off with someone, and certainly is no fan of the vet’s office. He is likely to hide from strangers, too. Probably the only one more anxious about my leaving him was me. I wanted him to be able to stay in his own home while I was away. I arranged for daily drop-ins from Sami, and...it went great! She followed all instructions perfectly regarding feeding, watering, treating, setting the stereo as well as giving him some brushing and playtime. He even came out looking for her on the 2nd visit, asking for many pets, and also ate his treats out of her hand. He must have sensed she is a cat-lover. All the pictures helped a lot, too – just seeing he was getting taken care of made a big difference. Sami also let me know the autofeeder wasn’t working properly (I had programmed the wrong time for 1 of the daily feedings), and we rearranged the feeding instructions via text so that he remained well-fed. When I got home, he was happy and calm, and got right back into his normal routine with me. I would definitely use Sami again, and recommend her!

Alanna took excellent care of our old senior golden Buddy who has very special needs. She is gentle and patient to Buddy, prompt and thorough! Highly recommend!

This is the second time Carolyn has taken care of our cats and she’s the best! She is always on time, sends thorough updates and plenty of photos! My cats feel at ease with her, enjoy her company and it gives me peace of mind that they are well taken care of. I highly recommend Carolyn.

Carissa is beyond amazing. From the moment we met her up until now. I would not recommend anyone for my animal unless I knew they were solid, and she’s twins solid, and amazing with animals. What a great match for our family. We would recommend her to anyone in need of a great sitter.

Stephanie was God sent to us!! We have a feisty dog , Peanut, who hates everyone except those that live in the same household , I think it’s partly because he’s half chihuahua. My concern when we first met Stephanie was that Peanut was going to act out like he normally does and she would decline our booking, however, an early Xmas miracle happened and he got excited, jumping up and down and licking Stephanie when he met her. I knew that second that we had nothing to worry about while on vacation for almost 2 weeks. Stephanie gave prompt updates after each visit along with a lot of adorable pictures, which I’ve saved to my phone as she captured so many beautiful pics of Peanut. Seeing the way Peanut lovingly looked at Stephanie (like the heart eyes emoji) both in pictures and in person when we returned from vacation was more than confirmation that he was in great hands. We arrived from vacation today , got an opportunity to see Stephanie and he cried when she said her goodbyes. Will definitely be booking her in the near future. Even my two year old nephew loved her! Like they say, children and pets can always tell genuine people apart and Stephanie is definitely genuine, warm, caring , friendly, we are team Stephanie in the Portillo household!

Samantha was great with our cat Logan. She was very communicative, provided timely updates and daily photos. Plus our shy cat quickly warmed up to her! Reliable and friendly. We will definitely work with her again.

We are so glad we found Aileen! She knows just what both of our cats love to do for play and gives them a great time on her drop-ins while we’re away. ?

10/10 would recommend. She was communicative, on-tone, trustworthy and not to mention our dog instantly loved her! We have very selective who we let take care of our dog when we are not home or into our home and we had absolutely no hesitations with Sydney. Will absolutely be using her again!

Saffi was so great with our dogs. She gave them lots of love and playtime during her visits. She was thorough in her updates and prompt with responses. I would definitely recommend her!!

We have been using Susan for several weeks now and she has been amazing with our 6 month old Labrador puppy, who absolutely adores her! Susan is great with dogs, super friendly and has been flexible with our needs. Highly recommended!!!
