Dog Boarding in Richmond

Wenxin (Lucia) and her partner were absolutely amazing with our Yorkie, Nala. She stayed with them for 8 nights. Nala sometimes gets anxiety in a new location, and we were concerned about leaving her but, but Lucia was phenomenal every step of the way. She arranged for all of us to meet (including her dogs) and welcomed us into her home so Nala could get familiar before her actual stay. Their home is warm and inviting, and they go above and beyond in ensuring all the dogs they care for are safe and happy. The daily updates (including photos and videos) were so helpful in assuaging our concerns about Nala feeling comfortable. We could not recommend them enough!

We have a very spoiled 9 year old Welsh Terrier and had a big family event to attend to. I found Ashish on Rover and booked a stay for Lola our Welshie. Ashish is warm and welcoming and has a great open yard for pups. He was nice enough to send photos of her stay and was good enough to extend her stay a few hours. Highly recommended.

My dog Bentley had great stays with Ross, Melissa and Millie. I love their dog friendly home and caring attitude. They provided lots of fun updates with pics and videos, which put my mind at ease. Great experience.

Luna is a wonderful dog sitter! Cosmo, my dog was thrilled and happy to have stayed with her and her lovely dog, Jim! Jim was also the perfect fur host, showing Cosmo where they should play and that it was okay to run around and play together. Luna has a large and lovely yard and Cosmo enjoyed the serenity of the yard and home. Cosmo can be shy and aloof, and he does not react well to negative energy. But, he warmed up to Luna because of her thoughtful and positive approach to care giving. I trusted her to take good care of him. And, she did! Cosmo can be a velcro dog as he is with us practically 24/7, so it eased our anxiety to know that she was there for him. Thank you Luna for taking good care of Cosmo. Much aloha, Diane and Philip G.

Jonathan took great care of our dog Aurora while we were out of town. We had to book super last minute but he was able to accommodate us. He sent us lots of updates and pictures, we’d definitely use him again!

Our dog was super excited to see this family when she returned for her two week holiday stay. It looks like she was well loved and spent plenty of time outdoors with other dogs. It was great to receive pictures and updates every few days. Thanks for giving great care to our pup!

Louis was great with my shy 8-year-old pittie. It normally takes at least a full day for Thor to warm up to new people, but after just a 15-minute introduction at Louis’s home, he acted like he’d lived there his entire life. Louis has a real gift for making anxious dogs feel comfortable and safe.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ana is a wonderful petcare provider. She is patient, caring, and very dependable. She connects easily with pets and always makes sure they are safe and well cared for. I trusted her completely and truly appreciated her dedication. I highly recommend Ana to any family looking for quality petcare.

Sabin is very patient and attentive to my dog, Pepper. I met Sabin at the dog park and Pepper immediate wanted to play with Sabin and his dog, Nimky. Nimky is very gentle with Pepper and the two of them had a ton of fun together when Pepper was boarding. 100% will book again and recommend!

Hope is very sweet. She is taking care of Marley very well. She also updates with the photos.

Christine was an amazing dog host! Great communication, caring for my senior dog, and we did an intro with her dog Shrimp ahead of time to make sure they would hit it off together. She sent pictures and updates, and was very accommodating for our crazy schedule. 10/10, would absolutely hire again.

Nadine was so great as usual! She sent us so many photos and videos of the dogs playing and having a great time. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing sitter who cares for our dogs as much as we do.

Ali is fantastic! She took such great care of Poppy. This was our first experience with Rover and we are so lucky to have found Ali! She was extremely communicative and took a personal interest in Poppy which made us feel so at ease on our vacation. We also loved the fact that she has other dogs around with whom Poppy could play with all day. We are so lucky to have found Ali. Highly recommended!

Maria and her son were wonderful, and took great care of our dog Lupa. She provided us with several pictures and updates during our trip. Lupa was very happy, relaxed and calm when we picked her up. We will absolutely use her again!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Danielle and her partner Joel. I was definitely a little anxious leaving my little rescue pup, Penny, with them overnight for the first time but they immediately made me feel so at ease with lots of updates, photos, and videos. I could tell Penny felt right at home. They even took her on a day trip for Father's Day which meant a lot to me! I'll definitely be booking with Danielle again. Absolutely loved Kai’s stay with Yuko! I had 4 trips over 3 months and was feeling guilty and worried about leaving Kai again for 6 days. We did a meet and greet and right away I felt comfortable that Kai would be well cared for. Yuko was flexible, so caring, and communicative - I received videos and updates about Kai’s state and whether she was eating well. I was so comforted knowing Kai was with loving dog sitters and had doggie friends to play with. Highly recommend!

Our dog is blind and we had never left him with a stranger, but Mariola made us feel at ease since we first met. She was communicative and sent us photos of our dog every day. We will definitely use her services again. Thanks for watching Moka!

This was our second time boarding our dogs with Luciana and Rob and it was evident how much our dogs love staying with them. When we dropped them off, they beelined it from our car straight to the front door. Once inside, I could tell Izzy and Benson associated Luciana and Rob’s home with comfort and that was so reassuring for us before a trip. Luciana and Rob were also so considerate and tailored their walks to provide both dogs with what they needed. We love that Izzy and Benson have a home away from home and we’re so grateful for the care Luciana and Rob provide.
