Doggy Day Care in Richmond

Very easy to work with, responded quickly when I had a family emergency.

Nadine is amazing and understanding, she took very good care of my dog, Pepper. Pepper had such a great time playing with Nadine and her dogs, she came home happy and tired. Will 100% bring Pepper back.

Mariola was fantastic, very communicative, accommodating, and kept our puppers happy during his stay. I really appreciated the pictures and updates she sent.

Jeanette and her family were very warm and welcoming of my boys Louie & Koa. It was the first time my boys were cared for by a non-family member and I was just as anxious as the dogs but Jeanette was communicating with me throughout the day for updates and pictures of the boys.

Excellent job we loved how Trennedy took care of Snickers all the updates and pictures.

Christine went above and beyond starting with a meet n greet in the neighborhood, to ensure Zassha felt at ease with her and her adorable dog Shrimp. Nearing and during sitting time, Christine was incredibly communicative the entire time, with updates/pictures to let my wife and I feel reassured our dog Zassha was in good care given it was her first time at their place. We wouldn't hesitate to have Christine sit our dog in the future if they would have her back!!

Alisson took Lizzie for the for first time this evening on very short notice. Alisson is a very lovely, kind woman. I didn't go inside the house, and Lizzie was only there for a few hours, but Lizzie felt right at home and cuddled on Alisson's lap. Communication was super easy, and I pulled right up in front of the house, and Alisson came out to get her and brought her out when I came to pick her up. Super easy and smooth. I will definitely ask her again to take care of Lizzie.

Jessica was there for me when I needed daycare in a pinch! She was reliable and, based on the pictures she sent and Chase’s joyful dash towards her when I dropped him off on his second day, an excellent attentive dog-sitter. I’ll happily use her services in the future.

Second time back at Matthew and VJ, the pups had a wonderful time. Lots of photo updates throughout the day and very accommodating and caring for my pups during their stay. Definitely will go back to them again!

Chen is a great dog sitter! Very communicative, takes amazing pictures, and my dog always comes back happy. Would absolutely recommend.

Michael has taken care of our senior guy for two extended periods and is an exceptional walker and caregiver. Our boy has special needs and Michael was so attentive, caring and gentle with him. Michael went above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met. Michael provided great communication and updates on each visit throughout the day. He took such wonderful care of Moe and our family. Moe gave him lots of kisses. He’s the best sitter ever!

Another great stay. Our pup gets really excited to visit Hui-Min each time.

Didem and Eren were so fabulous with Olive! Olive is a bit shy, so it was great that Didem texted frequent updates and reported that Olive had settled in and was warming up. :) Their space is so well set-up for pups; I felt completely comfortable leaving Olive in their care. Thank you, Didem and Eren!

We are so grateful to have found Lucas on Rover! He is really great with our dog Penny, super prompt and accommodating and he sends us the most adorable updates and photos. Thank you!

Hong was so sweet! We left our 1.5-year-old puppy with her for the whole day, and she sent so many updates and photos throughout, which I really appreciated. I’m always worried about leaving my pup with a sitter, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun our pup seemed to have. I could tell he was very loved and well taken care of. They also have a clean home with a nice garden! I’ll definitely be choosing Hong again. Thank you, Hong! :)
