Natalie was great! I was very nervous. This is first time I boarded my dog. Natalie meet with me and made me feel at ease. While Champagne was with her, she sent me photos and written updates. Champagne looked nervous at first but she soon looked relaxed and happy. She got to experience fun activities that she wouldn't with me. I am so glad I went with Natalie, thank you!
Great service Vanessa provided while we were out of town. She used to send us videos and pictures of our dogs everyday... felt nice to be away knowing they were in good hands
