We received daily updates and photos, which put our minds at ease and let us know our cat was in good hands. Alexis was wonderful! She was flexible with our scheduling. When she was delayed, she communicated with us. She was attentive to our kitties. She noticed that our kitty who has feline herpes was having a stress flare up and asked if she could administer his eye drops. She gave us peace of mind while we were away. I would definitely recommend her and will be booking with her in the future.
