Itzel was amazing with our dog Fig, from the start of the booking she was very responsive and provided us with pictures and updates throughout the stay. We were a little nervous because this was our first overnight booking with our pup, but she made us comfortable and feel at ease especially with the long list of instructions we’ve left. I like Rachel so much since first sight. She paid close attention to listen how to care for my kitty, who is a senior one and needs some special treatments. During her petsitting, she was responsible and thoughtful in caring for Weiwei and keeping the home neat. She was behind my anticipation. I will definitely ask her to petsit again.
