Kristin has great connection with my cat. My cat love her so much! Also, she can handle auto litter box , water fountain as well! Will hire her again if needed.

Rachel helped us out with a last-minute booking to check in our two cats while we were away for a long weekend. This was our first time working with Rachel, and we so appreciated how quickly she understood and jumped into this new environment with new clients and new pets. Tingting & Willow not only came through at the last minute, but they were super communicative and took really great care of our kitties while we were out of town. They are thoughtful and thorough, I’ve never gotten so many photos of our pets and care process while we’re gone. It was great, and they clearly love working with animals.

Rachel took great care of our 3 cats while we were gone for the weekend. I didn't have any issues communicating with her, and she was very prompt when replying to my messages. Rachel was very thorough, and the cats were happy and healthy with her. Just like other pet parents, leaving your fur babies at hole whole you're miles away isn't always easy but Rachel made us feel comfortable. She sent videos and photos of our cats, which were really appreciated! Would love to have her again in the future to take care of our cats.

Ruiqi was so sweet! She watched our cat Gemma a couple times over the summer. She had fast replies and detailed rover cards with her visits along with pictures. Only reason for the 4 star was unfortunately because she was late occasionally; however, I would book again! I could tell our cat liked her because Ruiqi mentioned giving lots of belly rubs and Gemma is very picky about who she lets do that! ❤️

Natalee was amazing! It was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about leaving my cat under the care of someone else. Natalee helped quell this fear with consistent communication, photos, and updates about my cat’s mood and behavior. I absolutely recommend her and will be using her again in the future.

Stacey was absolutely wonderful with my cat Luna while I was gone. Luna has a kidney condition and Stacey noticed a change in her, and communicated quickly with me throughout the situation. She took Luna for treatment, was so attentive, and the communication was stellar. Stacey also took care of everything at home! I would highly suggest her for any pet, but especially if you need someone to pay a little extra attention to all the details.

Kate took great care of my Boo Bob and helped me feel assured while I was away on vacation. She was also very communicative and prompt! Thank you Kate!

Soyoung looked after my cat for 10 days and she was wonderful! She was so patient and spent plenty of time playing with my cat to keep her entertained. I really appreciated that she even helped vacuum the litter around the box, keeping the house nice and tidy. She even went the extra mile by helping me bring in a package while I was away. I had complete peace of mind knowing my cat was in such good hands. I highly recommend Soyoung and will definitely be booking her again!
