Cat Sitting in Ryde

My 1st experience with boarding a pet with Yesenia on Rover was amazing. My family went on a entire week vacation. With Yesenia sending photos and assuring that our Sugar is safe and eating had made our trip at ease. She was informative and her response time was in a reasonable manner. We will definitely choose Yesenia again when we go on vacation. Thank you Yesenia you truly are amazing.

From the beginning, Khyli was welcoming and showed genuine concern for my kittens. They're 9 months old and had not been anywhere since I adopted them 7 months previously. During the booking time when she had my kittens, Khyli was patient and provided explanations of how my kittens were doing. She sent pictures and videos. The reason for a 4 ranking instead of 5 was that Khyli would not let me see where she was keeping my kittens. Although it looked fine from the pictures and videos, I wish she'd said in the booking information that for security reasons, she would not let me see the apartment where she was keeping my kittens. Hearing that, I would have selected someone else. Because I was flying out that day, I had to leave them with Khyli during an outside the car transfer and hope they'd be ok. They were, but that's the reason I won't book with Khyli again. Again, my kittens seemed to be taken care of, but from now on, I won't book without visiting the home prior to the booking date.

Ashley is a dedicated and caring pet sitter! My cat loved her and got some excellent quality time and enrichment from her visits. Ashley showed up and sent updates and photos every day. She is also diligent about asking questions to ensure the best care for your pets. Highly recommended.

Aicha was wonderful. We have a cranky fearful cat, and she not only looked in regularly on our Zola but she went the extra mile to patiently befriend her. We received regular pictures and updates and never had to worry for a minute. Completely wonderful!

Lauren has cared for my cat several times. I appreciate that she is caring, reliable & prompt. My cat also likes to play & cuddle with her.

Joel is absolutely amazing. Excellent communication. Flexible. Our cat stayed with him for nearly 2 weeks while we were out of town on our honeymoon, and she was in such good spirits when we returned. Joel competently administered medication while we were gone. And the new tub of catnip had clearly been used, so I know she was one happy cat. He sent cute pictures to make us feel assured while we were away. Could not recommend him more. Thanks, Joel!
