This is the first time we used Rover. We met with Scott prior to committing to use him. Our dogs welcomed him the second he approached the house. One of our dogs is usually stand offish and does not approach anyone for a while. She did not do this with Scott. We were totally surprised on how Rover works. We love it. We had Scott drop in to our house and visit/care for the dogs twice a day. He sent us reports and pictures, every time he came to the house. Scott took the time to feed, water, play with the dogs, brush the dogs and walk/run the dogs. In addition, Scott was so kind to even put our garbage out on the street and bring the empty cans back in. I really love the service Scott provided and will definitely use him again.

Katherine was awesome! I felt very comfortable knowing she was checking in on my cat daily - she sent tons of photos during yer visit, and made sure to update me on everything. She was really quick with her responses as well! Thank you!!

We’re so grateful to Kelcya “Kacey” & Elizabeth B.! They took such sweet care of our kitten while we were away—making sure his food and water bowls were full, his litter box was clean, and most importantly, giving him plenty of love and playtime. Andrea is a wonderful sitter! She's also been so patient and sweet with my senior cat, who has to be pilled several times per day. She's communicative and gives frequent updates while I'm away. Really glad I found Andrea and I highly recommend her :)

Natalie is amazing! She comes weekly to take care of my dog. Every time, she takes tons of pictures and leaves a detailed report of what happened during the visit. My dog LOVES her. Every photo shows him so happy and well cared for. My sister and I originally booked Natalie to take care of our cats when we went on vacation, and one of our cats unfortunately had a medical situation crop up before the trip. Natalie was able to administer all the medicine, asking lots of questions before the trip to make sure she got it right. It is such a weight off my chest knowing my pets are in the capable and caring hands of someone like Natalie.

I love Michelle and the absolute best. She’s the only cat sitter I use - for long or short trips. She’s gone above and beyond on countless occasions.

Liz was great! She sent just the right amount of daily updates and pictures to make me feel comfortable about things back home. If you're a cat parent, I highly recommend reaching out to her.

Charlie loved Madeline! She connected with him right away and he even ate for her, which can be a challenge.
