Dog Boarding in San Carlos

Ann took great care of our little guy. She is knowledgeable and has experience caring for animals! We definitely felt comfortable leaving Gus in her care. Everything went smoothly and Gus was happy when we picked him up at the end of his boarding.

James did a great job watching Maggie! He was easy to communicate with, flexible and sent daily updates. Maggie came home tired (in the best way) and happy. We will absolutely have James watch her again, if available.

Karla was amazing with my senior dog, Mollie. Because Mollie is older and almost completely blind, she has a lot of anxiety and I was very worried about boarding her. Karla was understanding and compassionate and she took a great deal of care and patience. Mollie adjusted well and enjoyed her stay. I was also impressed with how quickly Karla responded to my questions and she was flexible when I had to change plans. This is our second booking with Karla and we will definitely be back.

Cindy went above and beyond with keeping us updated. Caesar was shy at first but definitely opened up the last couple days. We will definitely be using her again.

Boone was given so much love and attention while we were gone. He was a prince in heaven. Loved the daily pictures and check ins. Much appreciated!

Maggi had one of her best stays with Tillana. Right off the bat, we knew Tillana is going to the loving and caring sitter based on the thoughtful questions she asked to ensure a comfortable stay for Maggi. And we were not wrong- they hit it off from the first moment. Maggi had such a fun day at Tillana’s place. She is looking forward to her next stay.

Remy had a wonderful time with Ivan, which is just so great to see as he can be nervous and judgey around people. Ivan is super easy to communicate with and sends lots of adorable photos. Thanks for taking such good care of little Remy!

Edward and wife family took excellent care of my dog. He is very kind, knowledgeable and was flexible with my book pick up and drop off time. He sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. Highly recommended booking with him if in the San Mateo area! Thanks Edward!

We had to leave our Allie for two weeks while we were out of the country. We were anxious to say the least. But Martina put me right at ease when I dropped her and we received lots of updates and pictures throughout the trip showing Allie having a fantastic time. Allie was well cared for and I know she will be happy to see Martina and her husband again!

Alissa was very communicative throughout our trip which gave us such piece of mind our Levon was being taken care of!! Looked like he was having a blast and would highly recommend Alissa!

Anne is very patient with Totle, who gets anxious in a new place. They ensure him have things to do and play, and be with him throughout the night. Their communication is always quick and on point. We appreciate their excellent service.

Annie is such a gem! Kind and patient with our two dogs who can be a handful. She sent so many pictures each day, which showed our dogs clearly being taken care of so lovingly. The pictures helped my kids immensely as they missed their pups. Annie was easy to communicate with, flexible with drop off and pick up, in fact at the very last minute, she accepted my request to come to our home to pick up our dogs, which saved me so much time. She is truly a sweet, trustworthy, just all around nice person. Hands down would book again.

Rocky had a great stay at Jifu's house and he got along well with Joki. Jifu's house is clean and his has a nice yard for the dogs to play. We received video and photo updates during his stay, will be happy to book again.

Ruo took great care of Jr as always! When I dropped Jr off, he rushed straight to the backyard to play signifying his comfort there :) Ruo sent lots of updates and photos and treated my dog like one of the family.

Thank you, Michael, for taking excellent care of Ember on such short notice! She is quite finicky about food and especially people, so we were surprised and so glad that she took to you so well. All the pictures and videos of her resting and out on her walks put our mind at ease since she's such an anxious dog. Thanks again!
