Betty is absolutely super!! I am visiting from out of state and was looking for someone to watch my dog, Coco, so I could attend a family event. It was a last minute request over a holiday weekend but Betty responded immediately, even changing her own schedule to accommodate mine. Coco also tends to be anxious in new situations, but Betty was able to put her at ease, and sent multiple updates and photos so I could see how Coco was doing. I would not hesitate to use Betty again.

Matthew is super nice, and he took good care of Louise and sent pictures throughout the evening. And Louise loved getting to hang out with his gods. We definitely recommend him.

David is very mindful, responsible, and thoughtful and loves the dogs a lot. I especially appreciate that he’s flexible with complex schedules and specializes in small dogs. My dog’s behavior has also improved in a short amount of time staying with David. We’re repeating dog sitting with him next week.

Ingyin took good care of our babies and sent us videos periodically over the course of the day. So nice to see that our little ones are doing well!

Kira was truly amazing! I needed someone super last minute while I was visiting San Francisco, and she was so sweet and quick to help. My dog has separation anxiety, so I’m always nervous leaving her alone in our hotel — but Kira made her feel so safe and loved. She sent me lots of updates and cute pics, which gave me total peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend her more!!

Mengying is incredible - my dogs adore her and are excited every time they get to go see her. She truly cares for them like they were her own, and takes them on lots of fun walks and park adventures. Great communication, photo/video updates, and just a lovely person. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Tien Hsin was great with my dog for the day. Communicative and I received pictures quickly so I knew my pup was happy and in good hands. Easy pickup and drop off too. She was also able to help on short notice which was a lifesaver. Would book again.

Kelvin is a very welcoming and calming soul. He genuinely cares deeply for animals and their physical and emotional wellbeing. He provided plenty or reassuring photos and updates during our pups daycare day with Kelvin. I recommend him highly.

Charles was incredible! His warmth, energy, and genuine love for fur babies were clear from the start. I felt completely at ease knowing Boomer was in such caring hands. The adorable updates and photos were the cherry on top! I’ll definitely be booking with Charles again next time I’m in SF. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Boomer! 😊

Sofia was AMZING with Teddy! He usually takes a while to warm up to people but he absolutely loved her. He was very happy when I picked him up!

YUNHEE IS THE BEST ROVER EVER!!! I honestly wish Cream could be with her every single day. Yunhee cares for Cream like she’s her own—so loving, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She goes above and beyond to make sure Cream is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. On top of that, she sends the cutest photo updates and frequent check-ins, which I absolutely love and appreciate. Knowing Cream is with someone as kind and reliable as Yunhee gives me complete peace of mind. Truly the best Rover experience I’ve ever had! 💕🐾
