Rachel was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was responsive and super easy to communicate with, and took lots of pictures and videos of my furbaby for me! She also handled my cat's weekly allergen injections and did a wonderful job describing how the shot went and how he reacted. I felt so assured and comfortable knowing Rachel was checking on my cat while I was gone.
Jennie is super responsive, and she sent a lot of pics and videos, provided a very detailed note on what have been taken care of every time. Highly recommended!
