House Sitting in San Jose

Jaynee was a great sitter and would use her again! She was communicative, provided lots of photo and video updates throughout the weekend, allowing me to have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend away, while staying in touch.

Minna was my house-sitter for a couple of nights and was a wonderful dog sitter for my shiba!! She was super respectful of my house and great at maintaining my dog’s regular schedule. She also posted regular updates with photos, which helped assure me he was well cared for and also made me miss him immensely! (Her picture-taking skills were really good too.) My dog liked Minna from the get-go and was so curious and calm around her during their first meet. He’s typically more timid and wary of strangers but with Minna, he warmed up almost immediately! I highly recommend Minna for your fur baby’s care ☺️

Can’t thank Gabriela enough for staying with my cat Luci for the weekend. This is the first time I ever had to be away from my cat Luci for more than a few hours. I had to make a last minute plan, and reached out to cat sitters around my area via Rover. Gabriela was quick to reach out and scheduled a meet and greet. She understood the feeding instructions and other details about my cat’s routine and assured me of proper care. Throughout the duration of my trip, Gabriela was very responsive and provided me with constant updates and pictures of Luci. When o reached home, Gabriela had left the house tidy and clean, but the best part was that my cat was content and I felt like I never left the house. Would highly recommend Gabriela for her great communication and pet care.

Danyel was amazing with our two boy dog! She provided many updates, which we appreciated. She left our house clean and tidy. We highly recommend Danyel!

Tracey was fantastic. My dog in particular is pretty nervous in unfamiliar situations, but she worked with him and he warmed right up to her. I’ll definitely book her again.

My one-person Maltipoo took to Tim quickly, asking for a belly rub the first time they met. She usually barks at strangers in the house, but was quickly at ease. Tim’s calm, gentle demeanor and obvious love of dogs helped me feel comfortable leaving my pup when I needed to go out of town. And, I think it was a really positive experience for Mitzi too because she has been more relaxed since I got back than she was before my trip!

Diana is so great with my dog, Finn. He loves when she comes to take care of him. She always sends updates with photos and takes him on walks. Thanks, Diana!

Maggie did a great job with our (almost) 16-year-old pup while we were away at family camp for the week. She stayed in touch, asked questions, sent pics ... we loved hearing how well our girl was doing! Maggie followed all the medication/supplement instructions to a tee. I wouldn't hesitate to book her again, she's a keeper!

Michelle does a great job caring for my crazy cat! I appreciate how communicative she is about each visit and I can tell even though my cat can be a pain as he is slow to trust people he doesn't know well, she is patient and genuinely tries to connect with him.

Stacey was great with our dogs and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. She sent plenty of updates even in just the two days she watched them. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Mélanie is such a dog whisperer! Dobby and Luna really love her instantly and took all their puppy joy to heart. Mélanie was able to handle their energy levels, keep them engaged, teach them a few manners and sent constant updates. What a wonderful houseguest to entrust the fur babies to. Well done. Thank you. I highly recommend.

We are very happy with Jaime’s care of our two doggies. She is easy to communicate with and felt like an instant long time friend. Our doggies were well played with, well loved and well taken care of in her care.

I was lucky Yumi was available for a last-minute care for Kento. I have reached out to her prior and couldn’t be happier. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else, she is incredibly thorough, communicative, honest, and transparent, and always sends the best updates and photos. She gives me such peace of mind that I sometimes forget to check-in!!Yumi treats my home as if it’s her own and my Kento as if he’s hers. She’s clean, considerate, responsible, and genuinely wonderful. Cannot recommend her enough - 20/10, would hire a million times over!

Malia was a great house sitter for my recent trip! One of my cats is overly scared of new people, but Malia was easily able to win him over and make him comfortable early on! My other cat easily took a liking to Malia as well. Malia is very respectful, professional, and allowed me to be worry free during my trip - I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a house sitter. Thank you again Malia!

Terri was great! She showed up on time and sent updates about the dogs to let us know they were doing well. Our dogs were very happy when we got home and clearly well taken care of while we were gone.
