House Sitting in San Jose

Danyel has housesit twice for our boys and has been amazing! Constant updates, the boys love her, and she left our house very clean and tidy. We highly recommend!

Tracey was so lovely to deal with. I’ve had some very bad experiences in the past with boarding my dogs and having sitters stay at my house, but I felt so comfortable with Tracey right away. She updated me with a lot of photos and videos of my dogs without me having to ask. Will definitely be booking Tracey again!

Jaynee is an amazing sitter. She helped us with our dog who is usually shy and scared but Jaynee ensured he is comfortable. She went an extra mile to look after Aloe in our absence Strongly recommended!

Stacey took very good care of my dog Quincy while I was away. She sent me pictures and kept me updated as to how he was doing. I really appreciate the great care she provided. Would definitely use her again!

Maggie did a great job with our (almost) 16-year-old pup while we were away at family camp for the week. She stayed in touch, asked questions, sent pics ... we loved hearing how well our girl was doing! Maggie followed all the medication/supplement instructions to a tee. I wouldn't hesitate to book her again, she's a keeper!

Malia is my go to cat/house sitter whenever I have to leave for an extended period of time. She took impeccable care of my baby and my home for 3 weeks. Thanks to her, I was able to focus on work without worrying about her. I came home to a very happy kitty and well-maintained home. I recommend Malia to anyone who needs a cat litter.

Gabriela took great care of cats, dogs and the house while I was away from home. She kept me posted on a daily basis and is friendly and punctual. Great experience.

Jacob was absolutely great with my girl Paris. Sometimes she can be a fussy eater the first few days I am away, but Jacob managed to earn her attention. She was happy and healthy when I returned from my trip!

Stephanie took great care of Lucy and our home. It can be nerve wracking leaving someone to watch a reactive dog, but Stephanie did great and I didn’t worry once about Lucy while we were gone!

I am super happy I found Elizabeth to watch my Pomeranians! I had 3 trips planned in November - two for work and one personal, so I needed someone to dogsit at my house in San Jose with my pups while I was away for a significant amount of time during a short period, which is stressful for me as these are my babies. I did a meet and greet with Elizabeth and she was so thorough and attentive to learn the normal routine and patterns for the dogs. We just completed the first of the 3 stays and I am delighted to say that everything went great! I felt at ease knowing the dogs were in good hands, and Elizabeth was communicative and responsive the entire time I was away. She makes sure she knows the little details, checks in and asks questions as needed (like why my youngest was not finishing her breakfast and was that normal) etc. I highly recommend Elizabeth for watching your pets. She is fantastic!

I was happy to leave Maggie with Jaime and knew she would be cared for with kindness. Maggie was well cared for and the house was left perfectly on my return. I would definitely ask Jaime to house and pet sit again.

Michelle was great. Communicative, sent lots of pics and helped us feel safe when we were out of town. Would definitely recommend her and use her again if we weren’t moving out of state.

If Yumi wasn’t visiting, she’d absolutely be my go-to for housesitting every time. Even though she’s from out of town, her outstanding reviews from other platforms really stood out — and I’m so glad I jumped at the chance to have her care for Jelly and Boone. Yumi was exemplary and my first non-family member to sit Jelly and Boone. With my pets getting older, I worry when I travel, but she gave me complete peace of mind. She provided patient and calm companionship knowing exactly how to handle their limited mobility with short walks and uncomfortable resting spots. Yumi also administered to their daily medication like clockwork and kept us informed of any little quirks. She kept me updated with beautiful photos, videos, and detailed checklists throughout her stay. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better house sitter. She followed every instruction perfectly and didn’t hesitate to ask thoughtful questions when needed. I came home to a house that was even cleaner than I left it, and it was clear she treated both my pets and my home with the utmost care and respect. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I only wish she lived closer — I’d hire her again and again. I’d give her 20 stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend.

Elvira is lovely: incredible sweet with our dogs, house was clean, and she very kindly picked up dog treats for us when we forgot to. Highly recommended, you - and your pups - will be very happy!

Melinda did great with a last minute request from Rover to help after my original sitter had to cancel halfway through the stay. She was dependable and super caring for my pups. She even changed my little handicapped pups diaper without being requested.
