Sam took great care of my 2 cats and was able to help out fairly last minute! She sent lots of photos and even checked in after to make sure I made it home ok! Definitely recommend and will be utilizing her drop in services again myself!

Joleen did a great job taking care of our cat that has a bit of a special health need (requires an inhaler for asthma). She followed all of the instructions and went above and beyond with care and updates. We've had some trouble returning back on time, and she kindly agreed to take care of our Blackberry for an extra day on very short notice. We returned to a clean house and a happy cat!

First time using Rover. A couple days before leaving on vacation, our pet sitter plans fell through causing us stress and anxiety worrying about what to do with our fur babies. Boarding was not an option. My niece worked a summer for Rover so I opened it up searching for the right person. Something about Natalee’s photo gave us a sense of trust. Although it appeared she was new to Rover from lack of reviews, I knew we all had to start somewhere. 20 years ago, I started at my job and still remember my first days. We scheduled a one on one meet n greet. From the first moment we met her, we knew we could trust her. She knew what to do when dogs are over excited when a stranger walks through. That told us a lot about her in the first couple minutes. We are so grateful for Natalee for being available and helping us out for the couple days we needed her, last minute. When the time comes around again, we’ll be booking her again. Book with her. You will not be disappointed.
