As usual, great communication from Tonya. By far the most detail about a drop in from any sitter. It makes me feel so good about leaving when I know my cats are cared for!

Rachel and Charles did a wonderful job of taking care of our cat, Ashley. She is 16 years old and needs lots of TLC. They did drop in visits and handled all her needs. We are so happy with Rachel and Charles and will be using them again.
