Dog Boarding in San Mateo

Stephen was wonderful. He took take of our baby at the very last minute of booking. No hassle. Received updates and pics giving us a peace of mind. It’s was like a home away from home for Odie. Will definitely book again!

Mario is the best. Our dogs love him. I never worry when they are with him. They seem relaxed and at home. Hr keeps me updated often which I really appreciate.

Miso had a great time at Andy's. I especially appreciated that Andy was quick to update me during her stay when checking in on her as I was away at a tennis tournament and had limited time in between sets.

GREAT pet sitters! They made us feel so secure about taking care of our elderly, deaf dog. They sent us photos and had great communication with us. They provided Maggie with what she likes best: family couch time! Would use again in a heartbeat!

Kitty & Vivian were awesome with my old dog. We had a "meet & greet" a month beforehand and they remembered everything I had mentioned. My old dog usually destroys his bed out of anxiety when I leave, but this time he was so comfortable that his bed was still perfect. I really appreciated the daily photos and updates. I will definitely specifically request to book with them again.

Anne and her family took good care of Totle. Totle can be vocal when excited or anxious, and Anne accommodates him with great understanding and caring. Anne is also very responsive and detailed in communication. We feel Totle is in good hands.

Hunter's stay with Chris and family was outstanding!! He was incredibly flexible with our schedules, especially when our flights got delayed, and always responded promptly on the Rover app. Hunter was clearly well taken care of and felt comfortable in their home. He got many walks, pets and snuggles. We got pictures and updates during his stay as well. Would definitely book with Chris again!

This was my first time ever using Rover and I’m so glad I found Ivan for Archie’s first overnight boarding that’s not a family or friend. He was amazing with Archie and made sure to follow my preferred feeding process. He sent picture updates and was extremely responsive with any questions I had. He was also super kind and flexible with the pick up time since something came up last minute. In the end, picked up the original time but it is reassuring to know how accommodating he is. Great guy and great sitter. Would recommend. Thanks again Ivan!

Another great experience with Di! This time, he boarded my dog for five nights and took excellent care of all his needs. He was proactive about asking for special care instructions since my dog is a senior pup. He came home happy and well cared for.

Carlo was really great with Koa! When my husband and I met up with him to drop off Koa, his personality is super easy going and we appreciated his daily updates.

Katie and Jason are wonderful with Abby, our senior pup. They give her such love and attention and keep her safe and healthy. It’s such a weight off my shoulders to know that she’s with such caring people. We love getting the videos and pictures multiple times a day. Thank you so so much for another perfect stay. ❤️

Ruo is the best dog sitter we have ever had! She took such amazing care of our dog and communicated with us daily. She was diligent about walks and made sure our dog had everything she needed. I would highly recommend Ruo if you are looking for a dog sitter!

Kazu and Yuko took very good care of Scooby. They sent pictures and videos everyday and I could tell Scooby was having a blast with his new furry buddies as well as with Kazu and Yuko. Scooby is looking forward to the next stay. Thank you Kazu and Yuko.

Irina was absolutely the best! She was fun, thoughtful and caring. Every single day, she sent a bunch of photos as well as a description of our dog’s day — exploring different parks, playing at home, snoozing on the couch together. She was also mindful of his quirks (recent leg surgery, wariness around other dogs), and she adjusted her plan accordingly. My family and I were so relieved to know that our pet was receiving such wonderful attention!

Remy had a wonderful time with Ivan, which is just so great to see as he can be nervous and judgey around people. Ivan is super easy to communicate with and sends lots of adorable photos. Thanks for taking such good care of little Remy!

Hosu stayed with Zicheng for 11 days, and he had the best time! We got daily photos and videos, and Hosu looked so happy and relaxed every day. You can really tell he was loved and well cared for. we’ll definitely book again!
