Carrie was our first experience with Rover. It was obvious, when meeting our cat for the first time, that Carrie made a special connection with our cat. She paid attention to the instructions we left for her to follow, and helped us feel confident in our selection, especially with daily photos and postings of our cat. LaNetta is a kind and happy person who came into our home as a friend, not a stranger. She fell in love with our cats and has adopted them as her family. It does not get any better. We felt confident in the care she gave while we were away which is a tremendous relief as any pet owner would know. She was not hesitant to aske questions and was communicative about the cats and how they were doing. She sent several photos that we appreciated very much. We will use her again for sure.
