House Sitting in Sanitarium

Emilie was great. She checked in, communicated throughout my trip, sent photos and even stayed an extra day when my trip went long. She stayed overnight in my home and I felt very comfortable trusting her there. I’ll be calling Emilie next time Bruiser needs a sitter.

Julie was a super star! She took such amazing care of Pancho while housesitting and left my home looking pristine. Everything was in it's perfect place and clean when I came home. Pancho was so happy throughout and I know she was totally safe with Julie. I will definitely use Julie again and can't recommend her more highly!

Peter was fantastic. Not only was he flexible, professional and generous (going way beyond the call of duty) during an extended power outage, but he was kind and cheerful while dealing with adversity. He also left our house spotless and our dog super content. So appreciative of his communication and positive energy and attitude. We will definitely have him come stay with Otis again in the future.

Rosemary took wonderful care of our dogs, cat, and home. She gave us updates and checked in regularly and our pets clearly enjoyed their time with her. We would welcome her back again!

Christopher was wonderful with our big dog, Otis. We usually have folks stay at our house, but this time Otis went and stayed at Christopher’s and got to pal around with his two friendly dogs. Otis is used to flying solo, but Bentley, Count and Christopher were such gracious hosts that by the time we picked Otis up, he was reluctant to leave!

Victoria is a godsend! This was our first experience with an inhouse pet sitter and she has set the bar very high. Not only did she stay in touch 2x a day as we requested, she really put in the work to endear herself to our 3 skittish/yappy/ a bit territorial chihuahuas, and our big fat cat. It took a few days for us to really trust the process and be able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We are truly grateful to have found a caring and patient caregiver and would not hesitate to book her again.

Andrea is a top notch professional! She stayed with our pets for a holiday week and did an amazing job. She provided excellent communication and planning prior to and during the stay. All the pets loved the many walks and trips to their favorite parks and were obviously well cared for. She was the perfect house guest and left our house clean and tidy. We will definitely ask her to work with us again!

I always appreciate Erik being here with my crazy bunch! He seems to handle them with ease and a positive attitude. Usually he always sends at least one picture update , which I didn't get this time, but that doesn't take away from the fact they and I trust him being here! Thanks for always being willing and accommodating for my crazy bunch! Next time send tons of pictures lol :) and thanks for always putting up a worrying dog mom , I know I'm a lot lol

Multiply my 5⭐️review x2. We felt truly confident that everything at home was in trustworthy hands while we were 3k miles away for a week. My partner and I have never left all our 3 dogs with anyone before. When we had 2 and were gone for and extended period of time, we boarded with our vet, left them with family, or they traveled with us. Now that 2 are seniors, one has special needs (blind and diabetic) and the youngest is a rescue with high anxiety and can be reactive, getting away can be much more of a challenge. Aileen made us feel at ease and fully confident from the moment she showed up for the meet and greet. Our girls ran up to her like they recognized an old friend! By the middle of the visit they were all giving her kisses. Aileen is so intuitive, a great communicator, detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure our pack was happy, healthy, and loved. We even got a couple unsolicited updates from our neighbors like, “I just saw your pups, they are thriving!” Having Aileen here was the next best thing to cloning myself. I will recommend her to everyone I know with pets of all kinds. Hopefully she still has time for us when they all find out about how great she is 💖

We wanted to go on vacation knowing our pets were in good hands. Lauren was exactly what we needed. She took incredible care of our senior dog, somewhat anti-social cat, and school of fish. She followed our dog's medication schedule precisely. We will call Lauren again without hesitation.

Can’t say enough good stuff about Ruth. I was gone for Christmas break and was fortunate to find Ruth last minute. She stayed at my place with her partner and took great care of my Australian Shepherd/Border Collie girl, taking her out on trips to parks I have even yet to take her to. Abbie seemed very relaxed and well cared for by her. She sent daily pictures and updates, and was so respectful of keeping my place in the condition she found it. Would be super happy to have her watch my pup again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Dorothy is an amazing dog and house sitter. Belle is so happy with her. Her photos are professional- not sure how she captures all the personality!!

Susan was great with my dog Jaya and sent me photos and updates every day of my trip. I felt good about leaving my girl with Susan and was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing she was being well taken care of and even taken on outings! In addition Susan left my house in perfect order and gave my plants some tender loving care too!

Angela was absolutely outstanding in caring for my dog! She provided updates, pictures and went above and beyond in spending time with him. I will certainly be booking her again.

Hayley is the best. She kept our Buddy fully entertained and well cared for while we were gone. She sent us daily updates so we were always informed for what they were doing. I highly recommend Hayley she will love your pet as much as you do.
