Even though my cat is a bit of an introvert who prefers her own company than with a human, Joey still made sure all her needs are taken care of. Joey was also communicative when there are little changes to the visit arrangements.

Yichen is very patient and clearly has a lot of love for animals. She pays close attention to details, and the visit notes she wrote for my cat were super helpful to me. I really liked her professional, vet-style notes — they made it easy for me to understand exactly how my cat was doing. She also takes great photos and took many beautiful pictures of my cat. One time, the electric door ran out of battery and wouldn’t open. She was worried about my pet and returned later to check on my cat again, just to make sure everything was okay. She’s a great pet sitter, and I would definitely recommend her.

We love and appreciate Ashley O. so much! My cats run when anyone but us comes into the house but they come out for her and she gives them so much love and sends us great photos and updates. I don’t know what I’d do without her!!!!
