Dog Boarding in Santa Ana

We boarded our Bengal cat with Bennie & Jennie for 8 days and they did an amazing job taking great care of her! We loved the numerous daily photo/video updates and felt so at ease while we were gone because we knew she was in great hands. Their cats are so sweet and adorable and helped our sassy only child kitty become more socialized! They are clearly cat whisperers and experts in making cats feel comfortable and safe in a new environment. Bennie & Jennie are so thoughtful, kind, and friendly and we would not hesitate to board our cat with them again. We are so happy we found them on Rover!

Reena is a responsible person who I trust to leave my dogs to her ( and her husband). Her communication is on point and clear, so that we can work together effectively to get my pets taken care of. She sent periodical updates with photos and videos, and the updates make it clear what and how my pets are doing. It is a release when receiving her updates along her text messages throughout the day. Reena is a "troubleshooter. " I say that is because Reena will find ways to ensure the pets are as comfortable as they can become and at the same time well mingled with her family. Eg, my puppy for some reason was crying a bit after going to bed. Reena went out and slept in the sofa so that my dog can see her ( and maybe stop missing me). This help other dogs and Reena's family get good night sleep. Many times, a dog owner won't know how her/his dog behaving differently upon separation from their home & owners. Sitter's job are unpredictable because they always take other people's dog which has had their own routine with their owners already. Reena read the pet's detailed information to maximize her understanding of my pets. She has definitely handled many obstacles after I dropped off my pets to her. Reena also update the status of the dogs when she handed them to me, so that I know they already eat/walked/did their business ( which saves me a lot of time to figure out if my dog will need a walk soon). My dogs love Reena (& her back yard), so do I.

Estrella was an amazing puppy sitter! I got consistent updates and cute pictures she even allowed me to extend my pups stay last minute! She was very accommodating and my pup was a very happy boy!

Patricia was absolutely amazing. I’m always a little hesitant leaving Ozzie with anyone as it is, but immediately realized he was in good hands. I received texts on the daily just letting me know my big boy was doing just fine. Thanks again Patricia I’ll definitley be contacting you again for future needs.

Heidi was communicative and absolutely wonderful to my pups! They adjusted quickly with her as she is so loving and gentle.

Kona had a fantastic stay with Rick. He loves to go to their home and is always excited to see Nancy and Rick. It is always so comforting to know that he is in the best hands. Their care is exceptional! Nancy and Rick have been there for us when we needed special circumstance care for Kona. They have gone above and beyond to help us out when we asked for special dates. We can’t say enough about these wonderful caregivers. I’m not sure what we would do without them. Kona has adopted and love them as family!

Angie was amazing watching our pup! Our Tyson is high energy and she gave him long daily walks/runs. We enjoyed the daily photos/videos to help ensure he was doing well and enjoying his stay. We will definitely be reaching out again when we need a dog sitter!

Baining was amazing with my fur baby. She was in constant communication with me. I appreciated all the pictures she shared of Athena. During their walks or just relaxing at her home. Athena looked super comfortable, happy and relaxed with Baining. I will definitely be booking her again. Thank you!

We used Holly multiple times now to take care of our buddy Ernie. She did an amazing job keeping him well loved. She does a great job updating us daily on his status and sends lots of pics. We look forward to using her again soon.

I don’t think 5 stars is enough to describe Rebecca. I recently had to find a new sitter for my Goldendoodle Phoebe. I am so glad this happened or I would have never found Rebecca. In my first meet and greet with Rebecca and her dog Hunter, she asked me questions about Phoebe and even wrote things down which blew me away because no other sitter has done that in my experience. A few days before we dropped Phoebe off at Rebecca’s, my husband accidentally gave Phoebe a new pepperoni based treat that resulted in her having loose stool. She was still having loose stool when we dropped her off at Rebecca’s. I let Rebecca know about this when we dropped Phoebe off. Rebecca figured out a good formula that ended up firming up Phoebe’s stool. She prepared brown rice and even bought pumpkin for Phoebe to help with her stool. This to me is not what an average canine sitter would do. She went above and beyond for my Phoebe, and treated like she was her own. Rebecca and her husband Tom were so welcoming to not only Phoebe, but also to my husband and I. They let us into their home and showed us where Phoebe would be playing and sleeping, to make us comfortable. I usually cry every time I leave Phoebe to go on vacation/out of town, but this was the first time I didn’t cry. I just knew she was in great hands. Rebecca sent us daily updates on Phoebe’s progress, along with great photos, and very witty captions to go with the photos. Her husband and her even brought all the dogs on a walk, which Phoebe’s other sitters did not do. I look forward to Phoebe’s next stay with Rebecca and Tom. I hope they continue to be canine sitters because I can’t imagine leaving Phoebe with anyone else. Thank you Rebecca and Tom for taking such great care of my Phoebe ?

I would like to give 5/5 for Annalie , I was searching for birding for my one 1 year puppy . This is his first time being away from us and Annalie and her family took care of my puppy very well as per my instruction and fed well . They have taken my puppy for a daily walk . I will highly recommend Annalie for boarding or day care 👍🙏

An amazing dogsitter. She answered last minute and was very fast with communication. She provided a lot of photos and updates and was super friendly and fun to talk to

Candi was fantastic! My wife didn’t want to board our dog (Boo). She wanted someone who would take personal interest in Boo and treat her like a family member. Candi did just that. She sent us pictures and updates so that we knew everything was going well. We honestly feel like Boo got her own vacation and spent time with Candi and her other dogs. We absolutely would use Candi again.

Lisa is a great dogsitter! We are very lucky to have found her. She is very responsive and sends lots of pics and videos of my dogs which my family really enjoys. She has looked after my dogs twice now and they always have a great time.

Second booking with Thavery. She is responsive and kind. My dog Samson also gets along with her little guy, so he gets some socializing as well as being well cared for.

We were having trouble finding someone board our dog Lucky while we were on vacation for 9 nights. We were very fortunate to find Hector just two weeks before we left for vacation. We did a test run for one night just to make sure Lucky was comfortable with Hector. After one night, we knew everything would be fine. Hector is very friendly and you can tell he loves dogs. He sent us multiple pictures and videos throughout our vacation so we knew Lucky was in good hands. There's a nice park right across the street that Hector took Lucky to on his daily walks. We're glad to know we now have a dog sitter that Lucky would love to stay at the next time we go on vacation. We highly recommend Hector and will definitely book with him again in the future!

This was Lando’s first official stay with Katie after doing a 1 night test run. It was so great to see her & Lando have more time to get to know each other better and build a great experience for Lando. Katie does an amazing job with exercising the dogs that stay with her and providing all the updates! She has great handling skills and takes the time to learn your dog’s personality/behavior so that she & the dog can have a successful + fulfilling stay. Katie also did a great job of managing & navigating an unexpected small paw pad scuff. She was great in doing whatever she could to manage the paw while still mentally & physically fulfilling him! With the paw pad concern she kept us updated on how the paw is looking each day via pictures/videos/text descriptions .
