Eunice was communicative from the start. She was responsive during the booking process, proactively suggested a meet-and-greet, and asked all the relevant questions. During Mochi’s stay, she consistently sent photos and responded promptly to my messages. Mochi seemed relaxed when we picked her up, which says a lot about a nervous and anxiety prone pup. We enjoyed our experience and will certainly book with her in the future.

I can’t recommend Hannah enough! She looked after my pup for 5 days and provided consistent updates with photos. It seemed like my pup enjoyed herself and got along with Hannah’s golden retriever. Hannah did not hesitate to accommodate my request to board my pup for an extra day after I realized that I had mistakenly booked the pick-up date a day early. Hannah was very flexible! Highly recommend.

Patricia always takes good care of Brewski whenever he stays with her. It makes me feel at ease knowing he is safe and happy while I am away. Definitely highly recommend Patricia!

Shout-out to Ashley for being an absolute rockstar with our 3-month-old fur baby, Joey. When our other dog sitter bailed on us last minute during vacation, Ashley swooped in like a superhero. Not only did she pick up Joey, but she went above and beyond to ensure he was well taken care of. Joey's food ran out towards the end of our trip, but Ashley didn't miss a beat. She handled everything from potty training to crate training like a pro. It's clear she genuinely cares about our little guy. Ashley, you're a lifesaver, and without a doubt, you've become our go-to puppy sitter. Can't thank you enough for your dedication and care. Joey gives you two paws up! 🐾🌟

We feel so lucky to have found Zhongwen and his wonderful family to look after Leo for almost 3 weeks over the holidays. Zhongwen was very communicative with me as he was quick to respond to my questions, and constantly sent me photos and videos of Leo’s time with them. From the videos, I could see that Leo was very comfortable playing with Zhongwen’s son, on their outings, and even during bath time! Thank you so much Zhongwen for taking such good care of Leo - we really appreciate it and we know that Leo would love to board with you again!

I can’t rave enough about Candi! She has the perfect setup, plenty of room, and will send more pictures of your puppies than you’ve taken in 6 months! Will absolutely work with her more in the future.

Ning was exactly what all the reviews have been saying about her. Very caring and communicative along with vids and pics of Rambo throughout his stay. Rambo is a very high energy frenchie and I’m weary of leaving him with anyone especially if they have dogs. But the pics she sent and vids of Rambo playing and laying with her dogs made my wife and I comfortable. I’m def never going back to Pet Smart hotel. I believe we found Rambo’s sitter.

We had our kitten, Pascal, taken care of for a couple of days by Benison and his girlfriend. They where amazing. They took great care of Pascal and sent frequent updates with pictures and videos of how he was doing. They followed the notes we left and went the extra mile. They even properly introduced pascal with their own cats allowing Pascal to feel comfortable and making new pals along the way. We where very satisfied with how they cared for our Pascal and greatly appreciate all their work. 10/10 would do it again ????:)

Madison and her family are awesome. They have a nice home and helped our anxious dog get settled in. They provided us plenty of photos and videos to help us see his happy face. I’ll definitely be reaching out next time we need a sitter.

I highly recommend Sean, Beth & Sunny!!They took excellent care of my dog while I was away and gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear from the start that they genuinely love animals and treat them as if they were their own. Throughout the stay, they provided regular updates, photos, and communication, which I greatly appreciated. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. They were attentive to my dog’s needs, followed all instructions, and made sure my pet received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring dog sitter.

I loved the pictures Josefina sent, it was great to be updated as it kept me feeling close to him. Oreo was very happy when I picked him up, very recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about Bernard From the very beginning, communication was excellent—he asked all the right questions and made me feel completely comfortable leaving Berlin and Diego in his care. While we when to Disney and sixflag, he sent daily updates and adorable photos that gave me peace of mind and showed just how happy and relaxed my pets were. He followed every instruction carefully, from feeding and walks and their routines, and he gave my pets so much love and attention. When I came to pick them up , not only were my pets happy and well cared for, but the whole family of Bernard was so nice and warm! He truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he treats every pet like his own. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and caring person I will definitely be booking with them again.

Overall, a great experience for our dog Nalu. Rebecca does an amazing job sending us pictures and keeping us updated with our dog. She also does a great job with really getting to know your dog’s likes, dislikes and interests. We highly recommend Rebecca!

Natalia’s the best! She pays attention to detail, my dog takes medication, and lets me know when something isn’t quite right. Would highly recommend her!

I'm absolutely grateful to have Diana watch over my fur baby. She is kind, patient and responsive. At first I was nervous to try this app but my experience with Diana has been wonderful. She sends me daily photos and video of my furbaby. Overall I had a positive experience and I definitely recommend booking her.

My dog was very well cared for. He is 16 years old and they accommodated all of his old man needs. We appreciate the thoughtful care he received.
