Suzanne did a wonderful job with our fur baby. She was patient with our cat hiding from her and was able to improvise and did her medications in her food. We feel comfortable leaving our cat in her care and I highly recommend her :)

Soyoung looked after my cat for 10 days and she was wonderful! She was so patient and spent plenty of time playing with my cat to keep her entertained. I really appreciated that she even helped vacuum the litter around the box, keeping the house nice and tidy. She even went the extra mile by helping me bring in a package while I was away. I had complete peace of mind knowing my cat was in such good hands. I highly recommend Soyoung and will definitely be booking her again!

Honestly, finding Qianwen was such a blessing! I've been booking her to look after my dog Tobi while I'm away for work, and every single time she has gone above and beyond. She's incredibly attentive and treats Tobi like he's her own dog — you can just tell she genuinely loves dogs and isn't just doing it as a job. The little details she notices and takes care of really show how much she cares. I've rebooked her more than a week's worth of sits now, and I always come back feeling so happy and grateful. Her rates are really reasonable too, which is a huge plus. Will definitely be reaching out to her again whenever I need someone to look after Tobi. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter who truly cares! 🐾
