Agonizing over what to do, my daughter recommended Rover. Once on the website, I considered a few people, but Gabby’s profile stood out—a 4.9 rating, over 200 reviews, nearly 50 repeat clients, a self-described “loving and responsible pet sitter,” AND she lived nearby. Once I contacted her, she agreed to a meet & greet at no charge. It went great, so I booked her. Every single day she was on-time, sent several pictures, and wrote a summary about the the visit. My messages to her were promptly responded to. I left very specific instructions, and all were followed. On top of everything, she’s thoughtful, funny, genuine, and caring. I am pleased to write this positive review of our pet sitter, Kimberly. I scheduled Kimberly to come to our home and do two drop-in visits each day we were out of town. We have two ten-year-old cats, and I am guilty of spoiling them all the time. Kimberly showed up at our home on time every day. She provided detailed notes and pictures of my cats. I tend to be nervous; however, Kimberly was so thoughtful with her description of taking care of my cats, as well as the pictures, I had absolutely no reason to be concerned. We are going out of town for an entire week in the near future, and I have already confirmed I will be booking her through Rover again. I feel lucky I can travel without worrying about my fur babies. Please don't hesitate to hire Kimberly! She's a gem; She's kind, professional, thoughtful, and takes pride in her work. We feel blessed to have met her and her lovely little daughter.

Having Aaron check in on our cat while we were away brought us such peace of mind! He was so prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely kind that I can't reccomend highly enough his services in taking care of your pet. Our cat isn't the easiest guy to get along with, but Aaron was wonderful in his approach and made our fluffy guy as comfortable as he could be. It's evident after meeting Aaron that he both knows and cares deeply for animals of all shapes, sizes, and temperments. In addition to taking care of the cat, he was also happy to check in on my frogs. We look forward to having the chance to travel again, and hope that Aaron will be available when we do!! Alexandra did so great with my sometimes grumpy boy while I was out of state. Originally, I was going to board him, but I thought that would scare him as he came from a shelter. I chose to keep him at home, and Alexandra came for visits. She walked him, fed him and played with him on the floor. She took the cutest photos of him and plenty of them as well. It was so great to see him happy while I was away. She let me know one day that it looked like he had barely touched his food but that he had drank lots of water. When she came back she let me know he had indeed eaten his food. That was good to hear updates like that as well, and those are typical eating habits for my boy. I was able to chat with Alexandra at any time. All in all, my boy was so content when I walked in the door and that was the best feeling! I also want to mention that my boy is a medium sized black Terrier/Collie mix and was adopted from a shelter. There is a stigma about black dogs, unfortunately. Alexandra, however had no problem with his color and also advised me that she had adopted plenty of shelter pets as well. That also instilled more confidence that she was the right person for my boy. I HIGHLY recommend Alexandra! Thank you Alexandra!!!
