Melissa was great! She was so kind to our cranky old cat and she kept us up to date during our long trip.

We booked Erin again and she was been so wonderful in updating us with Sumo and sending us pictures! He seems so happy! Erin is very sweet and you can tell she loves what she does!

Gabby is simply… the best! Here’s why. I’ve never used a pet sitting service before, but I was going on a 5-day vacation and needed someone to care for my recently-adopted cat. Agonizing over what to do, my daughter recommended Rover. Once on the website, I considered a few people, but Gabby’s profile stood out—a 4.9 rating, over 200 reviews, nearly 50 repeat clients, a self-described “loving and responsible pet sitter,” AND she lived nearby. Once I contacted her, she agreed to a meet & greet at no charge. It went great, so I booked her. Every single day she was on-time, sent several pictures, and wrote a summary about the the visit. My messages to her were promptly responded to. I left very specific instructions, and all were followed. On top of everything, she’s thoughtful, funny, genuine, and caring. This is our second time booking Caleb to take care of our cat Eliza, and everything went great as expected! Caleb is friendly, on-time, and followed all instructions to care for Eliza. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a sitter!

Tami was great! She took such good care of our big fur baby and was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the whole process!
