Alyssa is awesome! She's really responsive over chat, flexible when schedules change, and always sends an update with lots of photos after each drop-in. My dog is always excited to see her, and I know she's well taken care of when Alyssa is there :)

From the moment Caitlin introduced herself, there was a genuine feeling of care and trust. My dog Oliver is sensitive and can get anxious at times, but Caitlin was attentive and able to adapt to his needs. There is no better feeling than being at ease while away knowing that your fur babies are well taken care of and that is exactly what we got. Check ins always on time, great communication and updates and also able to make sure that the house is in order. We will definitely be happy to reach out in the future. Kellee was great! She accommodated my last minute booking including a meet and greet. She took the time to get to know my kitties and the medication routine. She was communicative and clearly took the time to truly care for my senior cat. I will definitely be using her again.

Two words: Hire. Michelle. She checked in with our cat Oliver twice a day for nearly two weeks and saved him from a UTI. She noticed something wasn’t quite right and sure enough, he tested positive, saving him from worse pain and us from a hefty bill. Along with her impeccable instinct, we appreciated the care she took each visit to provide Oliver liquid medication for his other ailments. We loved receiving an update each time, too, always with photos of the two of them playing or hanging out. Not surprising, as she really is that cool. We hope Michelle’s around next time and each time we’re out of town. She’s just the best and we are so grateful for her.

Jenn treated our cats well a kept us informed during our vacation. Jenn is very thoughtful and communicated well.

Kelly is a literal saint. This is now the second time she saved my life and I don’t want to get into too much detail but let’s just say she went above and beyond over and over in just two days to really take care of Lupe.
