Elena was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our cat, Luka, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was about checking in and keeping us updated. I loved receiving the daily photos she captured and her updates always made me smile. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Luka's well-being and made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Samantha took such great care of our two kitties while we were gone for 4ish days on vacation! Between the check-in updates and the multiple photos, we didn't have to worry one bit about how they were doing. Even our super shy boy, Jynx, who some people think is only a myth due to never seeing him for years, came out on Samantha's first visit and made an appearance each time. The next time we need a sitter again, Samantha will be our first choice.

Vicki was amazing taking care of my two elder guinea pigs while I went out of town. Unfortunately, one of my guinea pigs fell ill right before I left and was left with six various medications. Vicki was great at following instructions, asking questions, and letting me know about any behavioral changes. I was definitely thrown a lot of curveballs, and Vicki handled them like a champ. I would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Asuka! She took care of my two kittens during a drop-in visit and followed their very detailed and admittedly long feeding instructions to the letter. Communication was excellent throughout, and she even managed to get my shy kitten to come out of his shell, a rare feat. Having had some very difficult experiences with sitters in the past, including one that ended in a heartbreaking loss, it's not easy for me to trust anyone with my pets. While she didn’t know this, her professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail went a long way in reassuring me. She was punctual, respectful of my home, and even took the time to clean their dishes after the visit. Truly grateful to have found someone so reliable and kind. Highly recommend!
