I have booked with Ching-Chi many times to take care of our cat. She is very reliable, friendly and detail oriented. Best pet care giver in south bay area! I highly recommend her!

Yun-an (Elva) is really the best sitter we know and is our savior! We had originally planned to have her drop by only a few times when we were away but the night before our trip (literally while I was packing), one of our cats had an emergency. The doctor subscribed him medication to be taken twice a day. I was ready to cancel the trip if I couldn’t find someone to take care of him. Luckily, not only did Elva agree last minute to come two times a day, but she really went above and beyond the expectations during her visits. She is extremely detailed oriented and kept me updated about everything. Our cat is really but Elva did a great job of making him feel comfortable and making sure that he ate before giving him the medicine. Her rover cards had dozens of photos and long descriptions of what each of my fur babies did during her visits. She is such a patient and loving care taker, and I can tell both of my cats trust her. Having Elva come by made me feel at ease during my trip, because I know there is someone who would take very good care of my cats. I feel so, so lucky to have found her. Highly highly recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our cat Mel! 🐾 Larissa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She took Mel into her home while we were away for several days, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Larissa sent us frequent updates with photos and videos, so we could see how comfortable and happy Mel was during her stay. What impressed us the most was Larissa’s genuine care and attention to detail. She carefully followed Mel’s medication schedule, feeding routine, and even made sure she had playtime and affection every day. Mel is on the older side and has special needs, but Larissa handled everything with such patience and love. We came back to a calm, well-cared-for cat — and that says a lot, because Mel can sometimes be anxious with new environments. Clearly, she felt safe and loved at Larissa’s home. I highly recommend Larissa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive sitter. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely book with her again in the future!

First time with Carina and she did a great job. I have a cat that needs to be administered a pill and she was able to do so without him spitting them out. Very nice and great with the kitties.

Monte was very attentive. I was worried a bit about my cats, as I got them during lockdown and they hadn't had much interaction with other people, but based on the photos I got they seemed to warm up to him over the course of the week. I would book Monte again.

Sydney was a very sweet and kind pet sitter. She has been very patient with our female ragdoll cat who is very shy with strangers. She also was very responsive with messages and sending photos every day during our one week vacation. When our return flight got delayed by one day, we could rely on her to add some additional time to continue taking care of our pet. Priceless!! We strongly recommend her! Thanks so much Sydney!

Lexi is awesome and my cat loved her. She took care of everything I asked and sent updates. Lexi is super personable, kind, and caring. It made traveling 200% less stressful because I knew kitty was being loved.

We love Willa:) I booked two drop in visits for my cat. Willa is very responsive and always right on time. She took care of my cat carefully and thoroughly during the 30min drop in visits, took a bunch of detailed pictures and let me know timely if any potential problem with my cat that I was not aware of. I was so thankful that Kristin did such a great job with my fur baby. She requires a lot more companionship than normal cats, and Kristin did a such a good job. She sent pictures and reassurance, which was helpful.

I had a wonderful experience with Cordigan on Rover! She was incredibly communicative and professional throughout my trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really stood out was her attention to detail and the care she took with my cats. They are usually very shy and tend to get stressed when I’m away, but when I came home, they were calm, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. That honestly says everything.
