House Sitting in Saticoy

We had never used Rover.com before, and Alex was our first pet sitter. Before our trip, we were very worried about our dogs because they have anxiety issues. But Alex put our minds at ease! Alex got along with our dogs so easily and kept us updated every day by sending pictures. He is very professional, punctual, and attentive to details. He even noticed that one of the dogs didn’t poop and said he would keep an eye on him. The dogs also had plenty of playtime and attention. From the pictures, I could see that even our most anxious dog felt comfortable with Alex, which was a huge relief. We will definitely work with Alex again! Thank you for taking care of our precious ones during our absence!

I have a German shepard who is my absolute angel and reason I get out of bed every morning. However, she is not good with strangers :) At 125 pounds, people can be intimidated by her and its hard to find a sitter that will give her a chance. Kevin took the time, with kindness and patience, to build repor with her. Hes a gentle soul but very much in charge. Hes got a great wisdom base with dogs and is logical in his approach with them and scheduling logistics etc. Communication is always clear and timely. I appreciate his patience with me as well and will definitely book again, recommend to anyone!!!

Neyda was truly an angel sent by God to help us in a difficult situation. We were only in town for the weekend, for my mother-in-law’s funeral, and desperately needed a sitter to help with our disabled Basset Hound. She went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for and kept me in the loop, via text, with everything that went on while we were at the service. The fact that I knew Winston was in great hands while we had to be away was a true blessing. I would rebook with Neyda in a heartbeat!

Veronica and Thomas were fantastic, keeping our puppies safe and well taken care of during the fireworks. We’d definitely use them again!

Leanna was great with Artemis & Apollo. I received regular updates and she even tidied up the house which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using her again and highly recommend booking!
