This was the first time hiring a service to care for our cat. Ron was outstanding. He was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate caring for our cat “Kuma” while we are out of the country. His easy going and caring personality is very evident. We enjoyed his daily reports and photos and felt very at ease that he was caring for Kuma. Alexis is great! She came by for a meet and greet before caring for our kitties. She sent us adorable pictures and even brought in our packages for us! The kitties love her ... and that's saying a lot from my shy and skittish 13 year old cat.

Lindsay sent photos showing that our cat got her medication, which was reassuring. She also showed up when she was scheduled to. Our cat seemed well taken care of!
