Dog Boarding in Shaver Lake

Christie was the BEST! I needed a last-minute sitter for my dachshund while I was at a retreat in Yosemite. She was so sweet and welcoming. Her charming farmhouse was such a cool and cozy spot, and everyone in the household was incredibly kind to my pup. She sent photos during the stay, kept me updated, and made the pickup process super smooth—nothing was forgotten. We absolutely recommend her! Thanks so much Christie!

Riley and Derek and their family were so sweet and our dog had such a great time with them! We could tell it was a house full of love and they took such good care of our dog.

Loved working with Clarissa! She took in our dobie pup gambit for a week while my husband and I were out of town for my mother in laws heart surgery; Clarissa made everything simple--she updated us daily and if she had any questions or concerns, contacted us right away. We even had to extend our stay due to unforeseen events and Clarissa was so flexible and made our lives so easy! Definitely referring her to anyone who needs a puppy sitter :)

Casey took great care of my girls. Her home had what my dogs needed with a dog door. They are used to a dog door at home so I wanted that for them. They were well taken care of and I appreciated the care Casey gave them.

Iris was amazing, was ready to accommodate my puppy on lay minute request which was very nice of here. He came home exhausted, i can clearly see he had good time with kids and the other dog. Thank you!! :)

I felt 100% comfortable during my trip knowing my dog was safe, well taken care of, and well fed. I also really appreciated the photo updates—they gave me so much peace of mind. This was the first time I left Stevie with a sitter and Sam did a wonderful job taking care of her, as well as alleviating my worries and keeping me updated on how she was doing while I was away! I’m very grateful to him for the experience and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again!

Becky and James took great care of our mini schnauzer. It had rained and she got a bit muddy so they even gave her a bath before sending her home. We will definitely board her there again. No hesitation as they give updates and lots of pics. Peace of mind when you have to leave your fur babies.

Our fur babies had another wonderful stay with MJ! We’ve trusted MJ with our dogs so many times that the dogs get so excited as we turn the corner onto Armstrong from Ashlan! They know where they are going and they love it! MJ always takes such good care and always keeps communication open while they are in his care. His home is so spacious- the dogs have a huge yard to play in and so many areas to smell. We one hundred percent recommend MJ to anyone looking for care for their pups- he’s amazing!

Seems like Kyuupi had a great time. Very easy to communicate, especially with a late notice. I appreciated Jennifer ‘s quick reply! Our feedback would be that we would’ve liked to have pictures or updates during the stay. and Kyuupi also smelled a little funky when picking her up (maybe from playing with other dogs). 😅

Nicole was incredibly responsive and took great care of my dog while I was away, last-minute, and I will definitely seek out Nicole in the future!

Tina was amazing to work with. Her communication was excellent and she sent many updates and pics. She watched our geriatric pittie when we got got married in Yosemite and I didn’t worry about him at all! Such a relief!!! Thank you Tina!
