Vanessa was great! She came over a few days before our trip to meet our two cats and see where everything is. She sent us photos and gave them some loving which was great to see. Mackenzie is very organized and always came by at the time we agreed on, and my cats trusted her immediately. She sent clear photos and detailed accounts of her drop-in visits, and always responded promptly when I messaged her with questions or additional information. I’ll definitely be keeping her in my contacts for future pet-sitting needs.

Mikayla has been super prompt and clear with communication through the entire process. She tended to our girls with such care and also cared for the space (like sweeping litter from the floors) during her drop in which was sweet and appreciated. She was prompt in her communication, was always flexible when I needed to change some times around, and always responded to any of my concerns with understanding and solutions. My cats loved her. They both were relaxed and felt very comfortable with her. I felt so relieved seeing the pictures she provided everyday for me of my cats and of their food and water.
