Mackenzie is very organized and always came by at the time we agreed on, and my cats trusted her immediately. She sent clear photos and detailed accounts of her drop-in visits, and always responded promptly when I messaged her with questions or additional information. I’ll definitely be keeping her in my contacts for future pet-sitting needs.
