House Sitting in Signal Hill

The best way to describe Cassandra's house-sitting and dog-care service is outstanding!  She was accommodating and respectful of both our home and our dogs' needs. I recommend her without reservation. She followed all special instructions regarding feeding and medication with great attention to detail. The real test of her dog care was evident when we returned; both dogs showed her great affection. They even stood by the door, waiting for her to come back! Cassandra has become our go-to for excellent dog care!

We booked Brendan for our first long-term rover sitting and had a great experience! Our slightly neurotic and anxious dog was at ease with him in our home and it was so nice to know she was in good hands while we were away! We got lots of pictures daily and had great communication while we were away thanks to his quick response time. Our dog usually doesn't eat for a day after we leave, but I know she felt happy and safe with him because she never skipped a meal while she was with Brendan! Overall, our house sitting was a great experience and we'll definitely be recommending Brendan to our fellow pet parents 🙂‍↕️

Shawna was so professional, courteous and trustworthy. She was prompt in her arrival for care and clearly loves spending time with animals. I felt totally at ease with Shawna providing care and watching over our home while we were away. We will definitely be using Shawna again. It’s wonderful knowing that we have a dependable and honest person to rely on when we are away.

Bridget was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of my dog while I was away. I could tell right away that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. She was super communicative, sent regular updates and photos, and made sure my pup got plenty of love, walks, and attention. I came home to a happy, relaxed dog, which says it all! Jack is an incredible dog sitter! I was nervous about leaving my long-haired, diva dachshund, Roxana, for a couple of nights because the last time I left her she was sad and defiant, waiting for me. Jack eased my worries immediately. He is personable, flexible, and extremely engaged. He managed her sun exposure and health needs perfectly—including all of her dietary supplements and medication. He also sent cute, high-quality updates that captured her spirit. The photos were reassuring and lovely. He even learned the names of all her neighborhood dog amigos. She also bonded with him really quickly which she refused to do with her last dog sitter. I will definitely book him again!

Victoria took great care of our pups. She is a reliable communicator and punctual. We are very lucky to have her near us and would definitely use her services again!

There’s no greater peace when you go on vacation than knowing your fur babies are in good hands and you can enjoy your time knowing they are well taken care of. Evynn sends lots of pics, is respectful of my home when she stays and my pets seem super relaxed and content from hanging with her whenever I come home 😊

Ali took really good care of my dog Heidi, she went above and beyond what was expected and gave her all the attention and care she needed. She communicated effectively and even took her to the vet when she developed a yeast infection and talked to me about it. I could tell immediately she had lots of experience with dogs and that was important since I have a fast and strong dog that needs an experienced handler. One of the best rover experiences I’ve had, thank you.
