Chen is the best! She is incredibly trustworthy, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely cares about our cats. Moose and Rocky warmed up to her the moment she walked through the door for our first meet-and-greet—she’s truly a cat whisperer. We have complete peace of mind whenever we travel knowing Chen is looking after them. She provides detailed updates after every visit, along with plenty of adorable photos that help us feel connected to our babies while we’re away. Chen is attentive, reliable, and follows instructions perfectly. She pays close attention when one of our cats isn’t feeling their best and always goes the extra mile to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. On top of that, she is one of the kindest and sweetest people to work with. We couldn’t recommend her more highly—10/10!

Rachel is wonderful. Under her care my cat Tinky thrived. Tink developed a middle ear infection right before the Two week Xmas break from school. We had a trip planned to visit family for Christmas. We didn’t know what to do. A friend suggested using rover as they were using rover for their dog during the holidays break. We met Rachael and she put me at ease letting me know she had 4 cats of her own and her mom’s cat had previously had a middle ear infection. I felt confident she would know how to take care of Tinky. And she did. She gave her two kinds of medicine twice a day. Sent photos and updates. I didn’t worry at all because she was so thoughtful, caring and an expert with meds. Tinky was a happy kitty when we got home thank you Rachel.

David was a fantastic cat sitter! He was very attentive to Henry’s routines and playtime needs, and extremely communicative with updates and photos. Couldn’t recommend more!

This was my first time using Rover, and I was nervous about leaving Mickey with a stranger. Erika put those worries to rest. She followed all my instructions, and Mickey was happy and healthy when I got home. She even brought in a large, unexpected delivery that arrived while I was away. Really appreciated the extra care.

Erica is so wonderful with our little kitty. I selected the wrong dates and didn't realize until we were on our trip. Erica quickly made the adjustments and rushed over to take care of our fur baby. She's incredible!

Super sweet lady. My cat, normally hides under beds, as he was rescued by my daughter and given to dad to watch while she’s away at college. So it was good to see Linda had formed a good relationship with him in his brief stay. Did I say Linda was just oh so chill? She is, like super casual and you could feel good with her watching your pets. Thanks Linda Db

Kylie did a great job taking care of my 2 cats. Sweet, punctual, responsive and overall easy to communicate/work with. I will not hesitate to reach out to her again when I need someone to care for my orange boys.

We really appreciated Katelyn’s stay in our home to care for our two new kittens for the weekend. She sent us updates and the kittens were safe and sound when we returned. She even fed our fish. We would love to book her help again!
