Dog Boarding in Solana Beach

May and Marc minded my Sparky(who is blind and needed extra love ) like he was their own. I cannot recommend them enough . Drop off and collection was easy. I got daily updates with the cutest pictures of my boy and their dog Pepper. I even had already booked them in advance for my next trip before this one had ended .

Great experience! If my dog could talk, she’d probably ask when she can go back to Justin & Tara's magical dog resort! Haha! I dropped off my 2.5 year old golden retriever for a 2 night stay. Justin, Tara and their wonderful family treated her like one of their own. The updates throughout the stay were super appreciated (because yes, I am that clingy dog parent), and it was clear she was living her best life. Their home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space and they’re just really kind, welcoming people. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them and it's clear she was in good hands. She got so much love and attention from everyone which is her favorite thing in the world. 10/10 would recommend—and so would my dog, Lady. Thank you for taking great care of my baby!

Kimberly took care of our mini cream dachshund, Hunny, over the weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased! As first time Rover users, we appreciated the meet and greet that was arranged to make sure all the pups got along. That was very reassuring, being first time dog owners. We also loved getting daily pictures and updates of Hunny. She was obviously getting lots of loving attention. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kimberly to anyone who is in need of a caring, attentive caregiver to look after their special furbaby!

We have an older, smaller dog, 15 years, so we were looking for a place where she could relax, but also access to outdoor space. Takako and Eric have two older dogs as well who are super chill so it was a perfect match for Roxy. Takako and Eric were very accommodating, relaxed and easy to work with. They really love dogs and their home is really perfect for having guest dogs. Roxie will be back to see Brownie and Kinako again!

Nycole was fantastic with my pup! He was all smiles and clearly so well cared for. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands.

Linda is such a sweetheart! We could tell she is such a dog lover and goes above and beyond caring for our pup. She was so accommodating with our needs (early morning) and was even waiting for us outside when we came to drop our pup off. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone! Thanks Linda!

Julia sent photos and our pup seemed super happy when he came home after an overnight. I’d definitely recommend Julia!

Olivia and Sebastien (and Zuko) were so great! They kept excellent and consistent communication with plenty of sweet pictures. I feel so confident leaving my dog in their care.

Alana and her husband were simply amazing! They took such great care of our elderly dog. She needed diapers changed and her bottom washed, and they handled it all no problem. Our dog always refuses food when she’s with a dog sitter and this can go on for a few days. With Alana, she only refused food for one day and then she got her to eat well the rest of her stay, which is amazing. They gave her so much love and cuddles, and sent daily photo updates. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using them again.

Mustafa is amazing! He took care of my baby girl gracie while I was working. Gracie seemed to love him! I highly recommend him and for boarding as well my baby girl was happy and she definitely loved her walks !!!!

So glad to have found her! She’s awesome! Very nice, pleasant, and flexible to work with. Kept me updated on how my fur baby is doing with pictures and messages. Princess my fur baby loves her, and was even sad when we came to pick her up because she wanted to stay and play some more with her. Wont hesitate to book with her again in the future. Michael responded within 15 minutes of my request and we were able to set up a “meet and greet”. It was only a 2 day 1 night stay but I received an update with pictures. Michael will be our first choice for any future needs.

We could not be more grateful for Mya! She was extremely attentive to our dog, sent us multiple updates throughout the weekend, and when our flight was canceled she was amenable to changing our pickup times. We will definitely book with Mya again!

We were so fortunate that Lori watched our 7 year-old mini goldendoodle at her home for two nights - she was amazing! We received many pictures, they went on frequent walks, and even adventured to the beach with our permission! She took in our doodle with such amazing love and care and was always proactive in communication and responsive during our trip, putting our mind at ease. Highly recommend!!

Shannon is wonderful!! When I first met her, I knew she would be our sitter. She is detailed, thorough, caring and gave so much love to our puppy! I felt comfortable and trusting to leave our puppy with her and am so glad I did! I will definitely keep her as our ongoing sitter.

Zil is such a loving, wonderful pet sitter. We were hesitant to go out of town, b/c we didn't want to leave our kitty alone with someone just stopping in to feed her. But a friend told us about Rover, and I'm so glad we booked with Zil. She and her partner are true animal lovers. Our kitty was happy when we picked her up, and she is even more well-behaved now than before Zil babysat her. I highly recommend her!

My dog loved Caitlin! He said bye to her before he left. She seemed to love him too. She was very responsive to all my messages about how he was doing. She even gave him an extra dog toy she had. Overall great experience

Louie always has a blast at Ruda’s. He’s made to feel comfortable as if he was at home. Plenty of photos and videos as well to feel assured your pup is taken care of. Both Louie and I are lucky to have Ruda on Rover!
