Kimberly was absolutely wonderful! Responsive and clearly attentive. She sent many pictures of our dearest fuzzy one--on a walk, playing with her pups, and resting comfortably and cozily--which gave us great piece of mind. He looked comfy and happy, and that's the most important thing! We will definitely book her again! Highly recommend!

My dog Chloe loves staying with Kate! She’s very communicative and sends lots of pictures and videos. She kept my dog busy and happy while I was gone. I already booked her for another stay! Highly recommend.

Olivia and Seb were amazing. Great communication and clearly love dogs. Their place was warm and welcoming and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care. We can’t wait to use them again!

Yating provided daily updates and was great with my cat, who was shy at first and then immediately was her true self: very affectionate and needing of a lot of human attention/interaction. I was gone for 9 days and Paloma seemed happy as ever when I got her back. I have boarded her a facility before and was dismayed by how depressed she seemed when I picked her up, even after short stays. I’ll definitely be boarding her with a sitter from now on! She’s so much happier.

Claire took great care of my baby girl. She kept me updated and sent photos and videos. Reese seem to have enjoyed her stay with her and I will definitely book her again.

We had to leave our pup for the first time and Julia made sure to send us updates everyday. It helped us with our separation anxiety. She took care of him and made sure he got lots of playtime.

Rachelle is absolutely wonderful! She took great care of my pup, Zoey! She sent daily updates and pics, which really helped to ease my mind while I was away. She was also easy to contact and quick to respond. When I picked Zoey up, I could tell that she had enjoyed her stay! I definitely recommend trusting her to care for your sweet pup!

I boarded my 2 dogs with Michael for 2 nights. He had the greatest patience with one of our rescues who was a bit anxious at first. When picking them up it was clear she had opened up to him even in a short stay!

Jessica was amazing, she definitely understands dogs' behaviors and was able to help Julia with her insecurities. Jessica’s son was so sweet and gentle with Julia 💖 we will definitely rebook.

Maya was so great with Tate! My husband and I loved the updates of how he was doing. He looked like he made himself right at home! Maya was also great at communicating through the app when something came up. She was able to find a quick solution to help Tate for the remainder of his say. I'm definitely rebooking because I felt like Tate was being cared for as if he was their own.

We could not be more grateful for Mya! She was extremely attentive to our dog, sent us multiple updates throughout the weekend, and when our flight was canceled she was amenable to changing our pickup times. We will definitely book with Mya again!

My wife & I had an amazing experience with Alana and her husband Eric! My mom or a sitter in Pasadena normally takes care of our little Pom - Bella when we are out of town. My mom was traveling with us this time so she wasn’t able to watch her. Our other option was to take her to a sitter in Pasadena. She was the breeder of a previous Pom. We trust her with the care of Bella because we know that she has experience with taking care of Poms. Unfortunately she was not available. This left us with a predicament because these are the only two people that we trust in taking care of our little girl. My sister recommended that I give Rover a try. She travels a lot and she said that she found a good sitter for her dog by using the APP. There were several sitters in my area that met my search criteria with the exception of one or two things. I reached out to them and made arrangements to meet with them. They all seemed to be qualified and appeared to be good sitters based on reviews. Unfortunately they were not the perfect fit for us. I then increased my search area and stumbled upon Alana’s listing. I was hesitant at first because she had only 3 reviews but I loved the idea that she sits only one pet at a time. I made arrangements to meet with her. Let me tell you, I was sold as soon as I met Alana and Eric. You can tell that her and her husband are dog lovers and their house was really clean! I knew that my search was over as soon as I met them. Alana and Eric made everything so easy for me on the day of the drop off. Eric helped me bring in my dog’s supplies and her beds. I gave them a quick run down of my dog’s daily routine and we were all set. They provided me pictures and an update on the first evening as well as daily updates. Pickup was just as easy as the drop off. Everything was cleaned and packed up by the time I arrived. Bella loved Alana & Eric! This made for a good trip because we knew that she was in great hands. Bella loves to play with her toys and have her belly rubbed. She received an abundance of both of these things. She was definitely pampered and well taken care of. We are so glad that we found Alana & Eric. We won’t have to drive all the way to Pasadena the next time we need a sitter!

Beth was great. She was super accommodating. Bailey Looked like she was comfortable and Beth sent daily updates. Definitely will use her again

Khamsay was so wonderful with our dog. She took her out a lot and sent lots of pictures. It was so nice to know our dog had fun and was in good hands.

Shannon is a very kind and caring dog-sitter. She asked a lot of questions during our Meet & Greet to make sure she knew everything about my dogs. Shannon replies in a timely manner, communicating with her was easy and efficient. She sent us updates and pictures. Highly recommended! We will use Shannon services again in the future!

Sandy is the BEST! She's amazing with my fur baby. I've used her services a couple of times and we'll be back as I know she'll take care ofu baby like her own.
