Joy did an outstanding job caring for our furry friends while we were away. We couldn't have asked for a better person to ensure that our cats were fed, hydrated, and comfortable. She went above and beyond in taking care of our cats' needs and addressing other important matters. Additionally, she diligently checked our mail and promptly alerted us when unexpected events occurred, such as the fire alarm. Joy consistently demonstrated her attentiveness and responsiveness. Every aspect of her care for our cats and our house exhibited her dedication and professionalism. We are grateful for her reliability, thoroughness, and the peace of mind she provided us. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Kyle and Audrey during the 3-week boarding of my beloved cat Mao Mao. I received daily updates along with videos. My cat bonded with them though slowly. I definitely will use their services again when I'm away for my next vacation.

tiffany took great care of my kitties, as always. this time i was away longer than usual but tiffany kept everyone fed, clean, and happy. she administered medication and a B12 shot according to schedule to help the senior cat maintain his health. tiffany also managed all the gadgets i have for the cats (litter robot, automated feeders & water fountain). so glad i can relax while on vacation, knowing the kitties are well taken care of!

Avery took amazing care of my dog & 2 cats while I went away. She sent personalized updates multiple times a day and cute photos as well! There was a big storm while I was away and she even went out of her way to tidy up my outdoor furniture and made sure everything was secured. Will absolutely book again and highly recommend!
