We received helpful updates and adorable photos throughout the visit. Our dog seemed very happy and comfortable and cared for.

Shao Er was amazing!!! She sent the most video & photo updates out of any Rover sitter I've used. Simba is a pretty anxious dog, but he was soooo calm with her, and I could tell how attentive and loving she was towards him <3

Marie and her family are amazing pet sitters. I had recently relocated to SF and had to find a sitter quickly and I am so happy I found Marie. She sends very frequent photo and video updates which really helps to re-assure anxious pet parents. My dog is a snuggler and it’s clear that Marie and her family gave him what he needed to be comfortable. This was my pets first stay with other dogs and a cat and because of Marie I felt more than comfortable with it.

This is the second time Renee & Christopher have sat our dog and we could be happier! We love that they send regular updates & photos and our dog absolutely loves hanging out with their two pups. We’ll definitely be coming back to Renee & Christopher the next time our pup needs a sitter!

Words can’t express how incredible Sandra and Jose were with Gizmo. I picked him up yesterday, and he honestly seemed a little sad that his mini-vacation with them had come to an end! 🫣 From our very first meet-and-greet through pickup, they were warm, welcoming, and transparent about their experience caring for dogs. They made me feel that Gizmo was genuinely loved and wanted, not simply being looked after as a responsibility. They went above and beyond in caring for him, asking if they could make him homemade organic sweet potatoes and even preparing him rice water when they saw he had an upset stomach. Their kindness and affection for Gizmo was evident in every update, message, and interaction I had with them. I found myself genuinely looking forward to their updates, whether it was a video of Jose earning his first kisses, or a picture of Sandra spending her mornings enjoying a coffee while playing fetch. It was clear that Gizmo was not only well cared for but truly loved. I feel so lucky to have found Sandra and Jose, and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Sofia was amazing! Luna looks so healthy and happy. She was with Sofia for over a week and we received great updates from her. Thank you Sofia for taking care of our little Luna !

Cynthia and her family are amazing! Our dog received the best care at her house- we got frequent updates/photos, he was taken to the beach several times, and he came back home so happy. We could not imagine using anyone else after having our dog there!

Chengyang did such a great job taking care of Maya, who is a big dog with lots of energy. She was very diligent about exercising Maya and keeping me updated throughout the stay. Maya's reactivity was very minimal after picking her up, which tells me it was a good, stress free stay. Thanks Chengyang!

Thiago was an incredible Rover choice! He was responsive, flexible and kept me updated every day with pictures and blurbs about Dexter. His house is set up great for watching dogs. Dexter came back home happy, healthy, and tired from his stay with Thiago. 10/10 would recommend and I will be booking with Thiago again!

We boarded our dog Finn with Yu-Liang & Yi-Ting C. for 5 days and had a fantastic experience! From the start, Finn was excited to meet them, and it was clear they connected right away. During the stay, they made sure he got plenty of exercise and great walks every day—he came home happy, healthy, and tired in the best way! They were also very responsive to my requests and even figured out how to charge Finn's Fi collar, which I really appreciated. Communication was fast and clear the entire time, and we loved getting picture updates of Finn throughout his stay. It gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend! We’d definitely book with them again.

We were so anxious to leave our 5 month old pup for the 1st time. We booked Luke and scheduled a meet and greet at a dog park. Within just a few moments I felt completely at ease with leaving our dog with Luke. Our puppy spent 4 days in dog heaven taking long walks and playing in dog parks for hours everyday. Luke sent lots of updates with pics and videos of all the fun they had; I never once felt worried about leaving our family member in his care. I actually feel guilty bringing my dog home from his awesome vacation! I'm already looking at my calendar to ensure we get Luke for our next vacation.

I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others

Vanda was very sweet and accommodating. Took on our puppy at the last minute and was very flexible with her needs. Sent daily photos and check in while she had our girl with her! Great experience.

I left my puppy with Yuko & Kazu and was worried because this would’ve been the longest we’ve left our puppy with any sitter (a little over a week). They were soo sweet and caring. They sent us lots of pictures and videos which helped me feel better when I was away. They always had either other doggos they were sitting or their own doggo playing with our puppers too so I knew she wasn’t alone or bored. They sent videos of their walks, dog park playdates and wrestle mania sessions with other doggies. They were great sitters and am glad we found someone we could trust to watch our doggie.

Our first time boarding with Rover and we chose Gordon and Alison based on their rave reviews. Even with those, they exceeded expectations and our 8 month old Shih Tzu was in puppy heaven with all the company.

William and his partner were so great to our pup Moses! It was our first time boarding off rover and they were super responsive and sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the stay. Would definitely have them watch our pup again. Thank you!

Maggie is elderly and can be a handful on her bad days, but Alvin & Ashley always insist she is a pleasure to have over. We're so thankful for them when we go out of town!

Regina is wonderful! I’m so happy I found her and she’s been able to sit for me. Her home has a fenced in area in front and back to let dogs stretch their legs and do their business. Regina also takes the time to take my dog to the dog park which my dog loves! I have no worries leaving my dog with Regina. Her updates are helpful so I can relax and enjoy the trips I’ve take when i have used her services. Thank you so much, Regina!
