House Sitting in Steel Canyon Resort

Multiply my 5⭐️review x2. We felt truly confident that everything at home was in trustworthy hands while we were 3k miles away for a week. My partner and I have never left all our 3 dogs with anyone before. When we had 2 and were gone for and extended period of time, we boarded with our vet, left them with family, or they traveled with us. Now that 2 are seniors, one has special needs (blind and diabetic) and the youngest is a rescue with high anxiety and can be reactive, getting away can be much more of a challenge. Aileen made us feel at ease and fully confident from the moment she showed up for the meet and greet. Our girls ran up to her like they recognized an old friend! By the middle of the visit they were all giving her kisses. Aileen is so intuitive, a great communicator, detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure our pack was happy, healthy, and loved. We even got a couple unsolicited updates from our neighbors like, “I just saw your pups, they are thriving!” Having Aileen here was the next best thing to cloning myself. I will recommend her to everyone I know with pets of all kinds. Hopefully she still has time for us when they all find out about how great she is 💖

Dorothy is an amazing dog and house sitter. Belle is so happy with her. Her photos are professional- not sure how she captures all the personality!!

Hayley is the best. She kept our Buddy fully entertained and well cared for while we were gone. She sent us daily updates so we were always informed for what they were doing. I highly recommend Hayley she will love your pet as much as you do.

Rusty took the best care of Jobin! I had my pet care fall through at the last minute, and Rusty stepped in and was a stellar sitter. I received multiple check-ins with pictures every day. I never had to wonder how Jobin was doing. I really appreciated the level of communication. I highly recommend Rusty as a sitter!

Kat did a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs! It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while we were out of town. She was responsive and kept us updated with regular check-ins. Highly recommended!

Mya was fabulous in all ways possible! Our Hapa was loved and cared for, and Mya shared daily pictures with us to prove it! We feel so fortunate to make this connection with Mya and would not hesitate to use her again and/or refer her to others. So grateful!

Susan was great with my dog Jaya and sent me photos and updates every day of my trip. I felt good about leaving my girl with Susan and was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing she was being well taken care of and even taken on outings! In addition Susan left my house in perfect order and gave my plants some tender loving care too!

Christopher was wonderful with our big dog, Otis. We usually have folks stay at our house, but this time Otis went and stayed at Christopher’s and got to pal around with his two friendly dogs. Otis is used to flying solo, but Bentley, Count and Christopher were such gracious hosts that by the time we picked Otis up, he was reluctant to leave!

Morgan was great! Quick communication, regular updates, and was incredibly easy going. I will definitely reach out to her in the future, and would recommend highly.

Angelina was flexible with a last minute change of plans and more importantly she was great with Lilly, my senior cockapoo. Lilly approved of her, as well? will definitely book Angelina again in the future!

We had the pleasure of hiring Elaine again during our 18-day trip, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took exceptional care of our little dog, who requires a lot of attention and affection. Elaine sent us daily updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found a clean house and, most importantly, a happy and healthy dog. We feel very lucky to have found Elaine and would not hesitate to recommend her. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Cathleen deserves more than 5 stars! She took such great care of our dogs and home while we were away. We are so grateful to have found her at the last minute after another sitter fell through. She sent daily updates which made us feel reassured. She treated our dogs like they were her own. Cathleen will be the first person we reach out to next time we need a dog sitter!

This was Fuliang’s second time watching Hampton, and once again he did an amazing job! He’s dependable, punctual communicative, and clearly cares about Hampton’s comfort. I really enjoy the updates, pictures and videos. It’s such a relief knowing Hampton is in great hands. We’ll definitely keep booking with him!

Cheyenne was wonderful! The first time we had left our Ace and felt very confident he was looked after like we would. Appreciate all of her care!
