Dog Boarding in Sugarloaf

We decided to come back to Big Bear after just being here three weeks ago. We immediately had Hugh and Mary in mind for Maisel to make a return visit for one night. We were once again very happy for the care Maisel received and appreciated the pictures of her during her stay. On top of that we received treats again for Maisel and us! Thank you Hugh and Mary! Lucky had such a good time that he ended up crying for a little as we were leaving haha. You guys took such good care of my boy and I truly appreciate it! I will definitely be back there again and Im 100% positive lucky would love to visit again! Also Lucky and I thank you dor the wonderful Christmas sweater!!!

Melissa was amazing! She sent lots of pictures and is wonderful communicating with how Jack was doing. She took him on daily walks. He came home happy and healthy. We will definitely use her again.

I’m speechless when it comes to Janeece’s care. She really focused on my Scruffy’s needs, as I was off on a trip for 2 weeks [the longest I’ve ever been away from my pups]. We first conducted a meet and greet, and Scruffy fully made himself at home with her. She focused on his daily routine, and asked important questions additional to the standard Rover information [bonus points]. Janeece is flexible, and is able to communicate via telephone call, video call etc.[considering, I was in different time zones] She sent me lots of pictures of my Scruffy, and their daily activities [love them all]. If you are looking for a well rounded, loving pet-caregiver/taker/sitter Janeece is the one! I trust her with my Scruffy pup ?

I can’t recommend Savannah enough! She came through for me on such short notice and was incredibly accommodating to both me and my dog. Before even meeting him, she took the time to learn everything she could about his routine, personality, and needs, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, she kept me updated with detailed messages and photos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was so clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like he was her own. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness were truly exceptional. She’s such a sweet person, and I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their fur babies

Amanda was fantastic! Immediately began sending updates the moment I dropped Maple off. She does sit other dogs at the same time, but I was never worried about my sweet pup being neglected or being unsafe with the other dogs there! I would 100% trust her to watch Maple again.

Moriah provided a full day of enrichment and love for our dog. Our dog greeted her as though they were best friends.

Our dogs had the best time, I know this because they immediately went to bed from exhaustion hahah! Marinee and her husband were so nice and the house was perfect for our fur babies! Thank you for taking care of our babiessss!

Well, my fur baby just spent the weekend with Edith and her family and as usual she has done a fantastic job of keeping my baby safe and happy. Edith, you are my angel and for that, I thank you, bless you and yours for this Memorial Day holiday. Cody and I will see you soon.❤️

Melanie was wonderful with Timber and gave us a lot of peace of mind as new dog owners. She was caring, communicative, and treated him like her own. Timber came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

Taylor is great with animals, and super responsive. Nick had a great time playing with her dog and in the wading pool. We'll be back!
