Cat Sitting in Sunol

Tatyanan was incredible kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I had never used Rover, let alone a pet sitter. Before even booking with her she came to meet my cats and I and walk me through the process. While I was out of state for my fiance's surgery, she went above and beyond to make sure that my cats were taken care of, regularly sending pictures, and that the place stayed clean from pet messes. I greatly appreciate Tatyana and would absolutely book her again! Thank you Tatyana!!

Tianying is easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond. Our cat needs medicine daily for diabetes, and we came home to a happy cat with good blood sugar level

We booked a sitter through Rover for the first time for a long time period and were a little nervous about leaving Missy alone, but Xiaoyu was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she made sure Missy felt comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Xiaoyu followed all the instructions we discussed and truly went above and beyond to make sure Missy didn’t miss us. After just a few visits, it was clear that Missy looked forward to seeing her, which gave us so much peace of mind. Darcy was excellent. I appreciated her availability for a meet and greet beforehand, to figure out the details for her stay. She was easy to work with, professional, and clearly has a love for animals. My husband and I were able to sleep easy knowing Darcy was keeping an eye on our cats. We especially appreciated that she was able to hold down the fort when we were unexpectedly without cell service at the event we were attending. She was able to figure things out, and there were zero issues even though I was unable to answer her questions. I would have no hesitation asking Darcy back or recommending her to a friend. Jessica was so amazing. I had to request her very last minute due to a family emergency. She is an excellent communicator, she is reliable, and very pleasant. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for while watching my boy cat. I’m so happy and will definitely be requesting Jessica in the future. She even took in packages for me I didn’t even ask but was so grateful she did due to the mail theft in the area.

Rebooked with Andrew because I can't imagine trusting my precious baby cat and dog with anyone else! You'd think Andrew was Santa-Claws (ha, get it) from the way my dog IMMEDIATELY starts whining in excitement when he realizes "Uncle Andrew" is going to come spend time with him. My cat, who has NEVER voluntarily crawled onto my lap to sit and chill, is the total opposite with Andrew. He's both the cat AND the dog whisperer, and it's awesome. Andrew's great as always - punctual, caring, communicative, all the things that make for an excellent, trustworthy, above and beyond pet care giver.

I highly recommend booking Aurora to look after your pets! She is a great communicator, kept us updated and shared pictures with us of our pets while we were away. Will definitely book with her next time we are away!
