Pet Sitting in Sunol

Amy was very communicative and came for both scheduled check-ins. She followed all of our instructions exactly and kept us informed when she was running a few minutes late. She took great care of Jaanu, spent time with her, and even tried teaching her a few games. We appreciated the updates and felt comfortable knowing Jaanu was in good hands. We'd be happy to book with Amy again.

Ziying took great care of our car when we were out of town. Our cat Patches enjoyed spending time with Ziying!

Stephanie is an awesome sitter! She went over and above to take care of my babies. She came over to meet our pets beforehand so that they were familiar with her. She spent plenty of time with them to make sure they were comfortable and secure. I really appreciate her, especially because we were kind of late notice this time. She clearly loves dogs and connects well with them. Don't hesitate to book her to take care of your pets!

Tianying is easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond. Our cat needs medicine daily for diabetes, and we came home to a happy cat with good blood sugar level

Xiaoyu took good care of our dog Archi! She communicated well with us and did a good job of feeding Archi and taking him out for walk. Xiaoyu is personable and during the initial meet and greet, Archi immediately got along with her. :D We look forward to working with her again.

Charlene did a wonderful job with my shy kitten. By the second day, my kitty was playing happily with Charlene, as well as eating normal amounts of food, drinking enough water, and using the litter boxes appropriately.

We have used Aurora multiple times and feel confident our pets are getting the best care, attention and love when we are away. Highly recommend!

Christina was amazing. Punctual in our first meeting and in our pet interactions. Conscientious in communications and in adapting to our dog’s needs. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!
