Dog Boarding in Sunset Beach

Sunny is the best Rover sitter we’ve ever booked in any city. It’s no surprise she has so many positive reviews! She is super responsive, so warm and friendly, and most importantly you can tell she’s a loving human who is excited to take care of your fur kiddos. I can assure you she is one of the most flexible and easygoing sitters too... We dropped our corgi Manny off on a Sunday afternoon while we got ready for our anniversary dinner and had plans to visit Disneyland the next day. Let’s just say we might be the most annoying Rover clients/parents because we missed Manny while away at dinner and decided to ask if we could pick him up early. Sunny was SO flexible and sweet to say yes and let us inconvenience her evening at 9:30 or so at night. Well, while we loved having Manny with us in the hotel, we woke up regretting that we were in Southern California solely to go to Disneyland and had sort of messed up those plans - in which case we embarrassingly sent Sunny another message asking if she was still up to watch Manny for the last day and she Immediately made us feel so comfortable even though we were totally ashamed we ever picked him up in the first place. Again, we suck, but goes to show what an amazing person Sunny is. Manny was super happy both times we visited and I got SO MANY photos of him during his stay which I’ve always had to beg and plead other sitters to send. Did I mention how absolutely convenient her home is? It’s in the heart of Huntington Beach by the pier which made everything so convenient. Thank you a million times over Sunny!

Our dog had so much fun during an overnight with Vanessa! We appreciated how he was able to enjoy himself but still in a structured way under Vanessa’s care. She was great with communication and updates as well!

Diana was absolutely amazing with our maltipoo Jax! It was his first time staying with her, she sent regular updates with photos and videos which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our little guy was doing great. If you’re looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter, Diana is the perfect match! We will definitely be using her again :)

Carrie and her family were fabulous sitters. We received regular feedback and pictures. We could easily see our dog was feeling comfortable and being well cared for. The entire family was involved in his care and we felt so comfortable with him being at their home! Such a great experience.

Julie & Maria were soooo good w/ our Beagle, Rocket. They kept in touch and sent plenty of pics of him. He also got his daily walks and was kept indoors on the 4th of July, where he felt safe. I really felt comfortable leaving him and felt he was well cared for. Thank-you! ?????

I appreciated her to take a great care to Yebbi. I had a 3 day trip and she messaged me with pictures to assure how the dog stayed well with her. I’d ask her again next time and highly recommend for anyone looking for the boarding service.

Sara was amazing with our pooch! She checked on all his preferences and gave Charlie a second home and communicated often and creatively! This was especially helpful because our kiddos like to know what the dog is up to and they miss him when we are away. 5 stars!

Rachel is a true dog lover. Dogs are allowed to be on the couch and her bed. That make my dogs feel like they are home. She also have doggie beds, coats so they can be comfortable. When a dog makes a mistake by accident, she cleans it with a steam cleaner, so her house is always clean. Thank you Rachel.

Donovan was a wonderful host for our pups. We got numerous updates with pictures which we love. He was very responsive and communicative. We will definitely use his services again in the future and would recommend him highly!

Denise was a lifesaver for us!! Our usual caretaker canceled at the last minute and we were in a bind! I was able to book Denise less than 24 hours before I needed her. She was super sweet and accommodating! My dog took to her right away, which is always a good sign. You can tell Denise truly cares for dogs and treats them like her own. She sent me several pictures, videos, and updates throughout the day. She had great communication. Honestly, I feel so blessed to have found someone nearby that I know will take great care of my Molly-girl. My dog can be a little anxious and show signs of depression when we’re away from her, but she showed no signs of that with Denise and that is a true testament to Denise’s heart & personality. 100% recommend!!

First, Nikcole and family were awesome. They truly cared for a furry-family member as we enjoy the activities and events on So Cal. Charlene was loved and cared for throughout her stay. I would definitely rebook with Nikcole and recommend that if you are ever in the area and you need a good safe place for you furry-family member, you won't go wrong with Nikcole. Laura was the best! She went out of her way to pick up and drop Frankie from our hotel. She sent us updates and pictures throughout the day. She was also very understanding when it came to his anxiety. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking good care of our Frankie.

Kayla watched my dog for an extended stay recently and was amazing. She did a fantastic job of sending me updates throughout my pups stay with lots of pictures included; I could tell from the photos that he settled right in and was very comfortable with her. I will definitely be using her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
