Dog Boarding in Sylmar

We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!

Mary Ann is the absolute best! She kept me updated with pictures and videos , made sure my baby was okay and comfortable. She gave my baby lots of love and attention. I am super grateful for Mary Ann, my baby will definitely be back❤️❤️

I wholeheartedly recommend Adrián and his girlfriend as exceptional pet sitters. During my recent absence, they provided outstanding care for my dog, Doc Brown. Their home features a secure, grassy backyard, ideal for a canine companion. Beyond the excellent facilities, however, I was most impressed by their warm and welcoming personalities. Their genuine kindness and clear affection for animals were readily apparent throughout Doc Brown's stay. I have complete confidence in their ability to provide responsible and loving care for any pet.

I was a little hesitant leaving my dogs with a complete stranger but after I thought about it, even people at kennels would be strangers and at least my dogs would be in a home setting. Once I chose Robert and began texting back and forth I felt better because I could already tell he was very friendly and was gonna take good care of my dogs. He was prompt in texting and asked important questions that would help him understand my dogs' needs. I have a 15yo Yorkie who wears a diaper, is blind, deaf, and possibly has dementia. My other dog is a 13yo Boston who's healthy and low maintenance. She just likes to chill next to you. They were with Robert from Friday to Tuesday. He sent pictures and updates everyday which made me feel better and confident they were fine. Robert and Fatima were very friendly and genuinely concerned with taking good care of my pups. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them next time my dogs need a sitter.

Alexis was very kind and caring, she would send photos and updates every single day without fail, she is also attuned to the dogs and only has one dog in her house at a time so she can give them the most attention which really shows she cares about the experience of each pet. Do not hesitate to book the sitter, she is great.

Five stars always. Bernadette has been watching our dog when we travel for over five years and we couldn’t be happier. She delivers top quality pet care service and would highly recommend.

Basilio was very accomodating! He took great care of our lil senior dog with daily updates. Great communication and we would definitely be back for his services.

This was our first experience using Rover and feel fortunate to have found Laura and Brian! Besides providing daily updates and sharing pics/videos, it’s obvious they have a passion for animals. Our 4 legged child had his own vacation while we were away!

Armando was so easy to work with. Even with the short notice he made everything worked out for us and for the doggies He was gentle, respectful, and formed a sweet bond with them. First time leaving my baby, I was anxious and sad to leave him. Noticed he was fine the minure I dropped him off. He loved to see there was a backyard. So he was like "later mom" 😂 I left and hours later recieved bounch of pictures to show mw he was.fine and safe. That comforted me and helped me to satu focus on my acrivity and all responsibilities I had for the weekend, one less thing to worry about. Ilona is great kind and respectful. She loves my Rex and I can tell he is very comfortable around her. I will leave Rex with her anytime. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my baby.

Ilse and her family were a God send! She treated my dog like family, sending me photos and videos daily to make me feel at peace. It was so clear in the photos that my little Pixie was so happy! She walked her several times a day and let her live amongst them like their family pet. She took her out and even bought her a super cute dress! I’m so glad I finally have someone to depend on for this in the future!

Skylar is phenomenal! She provided me with updates almost daily, and was very quick to respond if I ever had any questions about my pup. I would highly recommend having Skylar take care of your dog (especially if you have a social dog like mine).

So so comfortable leaving Roxy with Susana! Her home is so welled laud out for taking care of dogs inside and outside. Susanna was so personable and seemed ready to take good care of Roxy I never had a second thought for her well being. I will definitely be back here with Roxy!

Yolanda was so amazing. She was able to watch my Bella girl last minute and she was so gracious. While I was on my trip Yolanda sent me pictures and updates. She also has a great big yard that Bella loved to play in. Overall great experience and now my family and I have found the person to watch our babies from now on.

Jean was the best dog sitter for our older dog Bolt! Our pup requires daily medicine, and Jean made sure she was giving the appropriate dose while Bolt was in her care. Jean is professional, friendly and has a great rapport with dogs. Because our Bolt can be cranky with new people we were worried, but she took to Jean right away. We felt calm and comfortable leaving Bolt with Jean while on our family trip to NYC. And Jean sent us photos of Bolt during the weekend so we wouldn’t worry! Two thumbs up for Jean! Will definitely book again.

I was looking for a new sitter and came across Cynthia - so glad I found her! You can tell she really cares about animals and she’s so kind. She has a spacious yard for the dogs to run around. I really appreciated her picture and video updates. I felt reassured that my dog was in goods hands. I’ll definitely be using Cynthia again in the future!

Such a sweet and kind family! They took such good care of our Aussie, and kept us updated with lots of photos and videos. She can be a little nervous, but they made sure she was cozy and comfortable the whole time. By far the best sitter we’ve ever found! We’ll book with them everytime. We left our dog with Hasmik and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind and caring, treating our pet as if it were her own.
