Dog Boarding in Sylmar

Great second stay with Ivy and her family. Going back Boomer recognized her and her daughter and ran to them tail wagging and all, without even looking back at me. I didn’t know if I should be happy that I found such a great sitter, or sad that he’s ignoring me. :-)

We had an amazing experience boarding our babies for the first time for an entire week but since the beginning we felt they would’ve Ben well taken care of and we were not wrong. Edwin (Walley) was always prompt to answer any question we had at any time before and during their stay. We received daily pictures and status. We babies were really well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Edwin (Walley) to anyone who asks me. Thank you again for everything. Suzu, Ellie and Bibi.

Rachel, Preston and Winston were absolutely incredible with our pup Simba. They sent videos and updates regularly. Simba had so much fun, he didn’t want to leave and he misses Winston so much already. Thankfully we will be returning soon. They are very kind, warm and attentive. Very grateful to have found them. Your dog will love their home away from home.

Basilio couldn’t be a nicer person. My sweet dog felt right at home because of Basilio’s warm heart and gentle demeanor. The environment is perfect and I will be scheduling future visits for Basilio to care for my girl.

I was a little hesitant leaving my dogs with a complete stranger but after I thought about it, even people at kennels would be strangers and at least my dogs would be in a home setting. Once I chose Robert and began texting back and forth I felt better because I could already tell he was very friendly and was gonna take good care of my dogs. He was prompt in texting and asked important questions that would help him understand my dogs' needs. I have a 15yo Yorkie who wears a diaper, is blind, deaf, and possibly has dementia. My other dog is a 13yo Boston who's healthy and low maintenance. She just likes to chill next to you. They were with Robert from Friday to Tuesday. He sent pictures and updates everyday which made me feel better and confident they were fine. Robert and Fatima were very friendly and genuinely concerned with taking good care of my pups. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them next time my dogs need a sitter.

Laura and Brian took such great care of our dog! They followed her feeding schedule and were very hands-on in her care. They sent many photos of her playing and interacting with the other dogs and having a great time! She almost didn’t want to go home. We especially appreciate them accommodating our short notice request for booking and flexibility in drop-off and pickup. We will return for future stays!

Alexis and Melisa were amazing! They kept us updated everyday while Tobi stayed with them. They even helped us keep up with Tobi's training! It was our first time using Rover and they made us feel like Tobi would be well taken care of.

We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!

We had a great experience with Hasmik. Our dog Louie was well-cared for, and he bonded well with Hasmik and her husband. We enjoyed getting photos and updates. We'd definitely have her watch Louie again.

She was absolutely amazing with updates and pictures. Our 15 year old Chihuahua needs lots of extra love and attention and she happily gave our doggie just that!

Skylar took great care of Kona over the holiday - she’s always very communicative and provides updates and photos. We feel comfortable leaving our pup in her care!

Brenda and her family were the best hosts for our three dogs. She was so attentive and loving towards my babies and giving me constant updates with pictures. She took them on walks, and to the park and they came back to me just as a left them! So glad they got to have so much fun activity while we were away. I definitely recommend her if you want someone to watch your dogs who would love them the way you love them. Will definitely call her again when I need my babies watched again 💕🐾🐾🐾

Kevin and family took really good care of our baby Casper (who is super dependent and slightly dramatic). I received frequent updates and photos. I would definitely have Casper stay with Kevin again! Thank you for everything and caring for our baby! 🐶🐾

Armando was great with Bongo! Everything went smoothly, and he was very kind and flexible with drop-off/pick-up timing. Bongo was very comfortable during his stay, and Armando kept good communication with us. I would definitely book with Armando again, I could see he has great experience caring for dogs

Earl and Katherine were angels for our baby boy puggle, Chase. We had used several dog boarding facilities in the past and had some pretty bad experiences so having some personal care was important to us. They were so good to Chase and sent us constant updates and pics of him with their own puggle, Lucy (I swear they are long lost twins!) Earl and Katherine are such a sweet and responsible couple—all of our instructions were met with no hassles and a lot of love and smiles. They gave us the peace of mind that we haven’t had in a long time while we were traveling. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks Earl and Katherine!

Candy was excellent at giving feedback on our dog Bentley and was very accommodating during his one day/night stay. We feel confident in leaving our boy with her during our vacation. Definitely would recommend for your fur baby.

My big pup has stayed with Ilona twice now, and he absolutely loves her! He almost doesn’t want to come home! She’s loving, attentive, and the perfect person to leave a loved pet with. She’ll always be my first choice when booking a sitter. Thanks again, Ilona!

Chengcheng is wonderful. Our dogs are totally spoiled, and she did an amazing job making them feel at home. Her house is clean and tidy with an outdoor area and set up for dog sitting. I would highly recomend her and will use her again and again.

This was the 3rd time Lillybeth took care of our pup. She and her family are so nice and accommodating and their property is huge! Our dog has a blast every time we take her. She knows exactly where she is each time we drop ver off. She’s so excited to stay she doesn’t even pay attention to us! We’ll be using Lillybeths services in the future and we can’t recommend her enough!

Thankful for Susana for taking good care of our 10 month old labradoodle for the weekend. She sends us updates and pictures on how Koya is doing which makes us feel at ease.
