We had an amazing experience! They took care of Whisky as if he were their own pet. He went on regular walks, and we received constant photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.They made us feel that Whisky was in a safe, loving, and caring environment. This was our first time using Rover so we weren’t sure what to expect. Reyes took fantastic care of Goose and made our first Rover experience so easy and stress free. Goose has some anxiety issues and Reyes handled them so well and Goose came back happy and tired. Overall, it was a great experience!

My pup absolutely loves coming to Paws on Puente. It is definitely his home away home. He has so much fun playing with all the pups and is absolutely exhausted when he gets home. This is our go to Rover and always know our baby is in good hands with Auntie Cheridyn and Uncle Gil!

Susan and Miguel were absolutely AMAZING with our dog, Koko! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure Koko was loved, comfortable, and well cared for. They treated her like family, kept us updated sent Lots of pics, and gave us such peace of mind while we were away. I had a great experience with leaving my 2 year old dog, Molly with Kriti, and Molly had a amazing time too. She sent daily updates with pictures and took great care of her. At the end Molly was so attached, she was confused about leaving her house. This was my first boarding experience with rover.
