Megan was fantastic. Great communicator and clearly fantastic with pets because our VELCRO dog was chill on drop off and pick up as well. My schedule can be unpredictable when we need doggie day care so I really appreciate a pet sitter with a little flexibility and a lot of confidence and warmth.

My work schedule is very busy and she was incredibly flexible and communicative when planning the meet and greet as well as with pick up and drop off day of. Shelby and Travis are such sweeties! Our dachshund, Layla, warned right up to them! They really care for the well being of your dog. We booked twice in a weekend while we were exploring San fransisco because Layla loved them! If we lived here, they would be our go to people :) And they give lots of pictures and updates which I love!

Ziggy (puppy, 5 months) had a great day with Gage and the other dogs in his care. He got lots of outdoor activity and was tired and happy when we picked him up. We got lots of pictures throughout the day and some helpful training tips when we picked him up. Ziggy will be seeing Gage again in the future!
Diana has watched Winnie dozens of times while we are at work and Winnie always come back very well cared for and happy. Diana keeps us updated during the day with cute pics, which is amazing. It’s clear Diana loves Winnie just as much as if it were her dog and Winnie RUNS up the stairs to Diana’s apartment when we do morning drop off :)

Jesse is excellent at communicating and understanding of my situation when I got an urgent call in for work and needed to find care for my 2 year old shihtzu, Spike. He was great with keeping me posted on how she was through the day as he shared some photos of Spike with his fur babies and Spike outside for potty breaks. I was a little anxious about having to find care so suddenly for Spike especially since we just moved to SF, but Jesse did a great job with her. He has a solid level of empathy, is great with animals, and is clearly accountable. Thank you so much for your help, Jesse!
Lily was such a great sitter for Rufus! She sent us so many pictures and I could tell Rufus had a great time because he kept on running back to Lily when it was time to go 😭. I would definitely book Lily again! TYSM for taking care of Rufus so well
